Beverley is an absolute superstar! She was so helpful, friendly and positive. When I was in the queue, listening to her take interest in her customers and calling them by name was so impressive. Could not be more helpful and lovely , glad she was the one to help me. 10/10 customer service!!

Customer representative at the teller extremely rude. I don’t want to put a name on the person. But only one was available on 18/06/2023 1.45pm. Honestly made me consider changing my bank because of her attitude.
Have found the Takanini branch terrible. Although the staff are helpful the waiting times for anything are dreadful. Yesterday I wanted to use the ATM outside which wasn't working. In side was a queue and I had to wait 35 minutes to withdraw cash at ATM and in the bank itself was a queue of 9 hardly moving. I have been numerous times and the wait is always extremely long. Why aren't there more tellers. The Papakura branch was never like this.
