Absolutely useless they have the slowest employees working the counter 6 people including myself have been waiting well over 30 minutes to get served. Get to the counter only to be told that staff member now going on a break so back innline to wait another 15 minutes. So from 3 staff at the counter now down to 2 with a line of 8. ANZ head office you need sort it out. As for staff member Beverly absolutely hopeless 100 question about ID when a Driver License is presented along with a bank card & the banking App is accessed in front of her. Yet she still ask questions on who I am. The photo on DL looks like me it's all 100% legitimate but because they don't have a photo of me in their files they can't compare it. Ffs you don't need my image on your files a DL is considered acceptable ID. Beverley needs retraining she has no awareness or intuition to think logical when presented with what's in front of her eyes. All this just to get a plain eftpos card nothing special no chip just your plain basic epftpos card that requires a pin number.
Google says you are open on Sunday, in fact the site says your busier than usual, how ever, we go to use the fast deposit box and the security man said we can’t go inside the bank is closed on the weekends now, he would not let us in to even use the fast deposit box. This was at 3pm. I have just got off the phone with ANZ 0800 number and I was informed no ANZ bank is closed in the weekends and can use the fast deposit box anytime.. go figure. Hopeless
While the banker may be helpful, I disagree that rolling her eyes and being inpatient when listening to the customer is good customer service.
I always receive best service from BEVERLEY NAIDOO . She treats very nicely and solve the solution very confidently. She always keep smiling.
Beverley is an absolute superstar! She was so helpful, friendly and positive. When I was in the queue, listening to her take interest in her customers and calling them by name was so impressive. Could not be more helpful and lovely , glad she was the one to help me. 10/10 customer service!!
