She assisted me every step of the process and helped immensely in making the process as smooth and as hassle-free as possible.nnI commend her for her efforts and genuine care in customer service.

I work in the mall and often have to come to this bank.nWhen arriving the line was horrible, which is completely understandable since it was a busy Wednesday.nWhen finally being served to do a change swap due to their machine being broken. Still.nThe lady who was serving me was horrible. Treating me like a child? and rudely making comments on how I should know what I was doing.nShe continued to stare at me not interested in helping me at all, and I could see how people around me were uncomfortable as well. I mentioned to her that I’m new to having to doing bank things for my job but she did not seem to care.nnThe experience was horrible, every time I see this lady working it brings me severe anxiety and I will walk out until there is someone new to serve me.nWish the training at this place was more carefully looked over. I would not come back here if I didn’t have to.
