Visited this branch on Friday morning and staff was not helpful. Wanted to open a new account and the staff member did not know what was required and asked us to wait whilst she went to ask someone else. Came back and asked us to come back at 2pm as there was no one that was able to open the account. We took time off work and this was unacceptable. To make matters worse she walked around dangling the laptop with 2 fingers below her waist like she couldn't bother if it slipped and cracked. It looked very unprofessional. I couldn't get her full name but it started with a Thanya ......
Good experience!nI made the account online and came to identify.nAlmost spent 10’ have a Vienamese staff to help if you need
We recently opened accounts for the entire family. We found everyone we spoke with super helpful.nnWe interacted with several members and everyone was knowledgeble and patient.nnI might not remember all but I do want to thank May Ke and her boss for the exceptional service we received.nnThank you May.
The staff at the kiwibank branch were grossly Racial discrimination. the Chinese Asian female employee discriminated against Asians and had a different attitude towards Asians from others. The woman looked warm and friendly, but was actually impatient, sarcastic, and body language suggestive of the customer.Hope to attach importance to.
I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional service Scott provided. He went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim during a difficult time. He was warm, compassionate, and truly helped me out of a desperate situation. I highly recommend Scott and the Glenfield Kiwibank team for their excellent customer service.nThank you, Scott!
