Visited this branch on Friday morning and staff was not helpful. Wanted to open a new account and the staff member did not know what was required and asked us to wait whilst she went to ask someone else. Came back and asked us to come back at 2pm as there was no one that was able to open the account. We took time off work and this was unacceptable. To make matters worse she walked around dangling the laptop with 2 fingers below her waist like she couldn't bother if it slipped and cracked. It looked very unprofessional. I couldn't get her full name but it started with a Thanya ......

The staff at the kiwibank branch were grossly Racial discrimination. the Chinese Asian female employee discriminated against Asians and had a different attitude towards Asians from others.The woman looked warm and friendly, but was actually impatient, sarcastic, and body language suggestive of the customer.Hope to attach importance to.
