As a hostel, it's a great place. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem is that rooms' doors when close make big noise that wake one up. There is no quiet time that obligates the guests to be in bed and quiet. It is up to individuals to close the door quietly and be mindful that others are resting in odd hours.

Highly recommended hostel. We got the private double with shared bathroom and the bathrooms were very clean! The room was great although it was hot and only the queen/king private rooms have AC, luckily they had one fan left which helped. Bed was very comfortable and overall, the hostel has lots of very comfortable spaces to chill out and lounge. Loved it!

My private queen room was very clean and comfortable, except that the walls are rather thin.nMinimalist and modern design. Very friendly and engaging staff. Miss Lucy Bar on the main floor is pretty good—tried a number of their dishes as well as the coconut margarita, which I can recommend.nThere’s a tattoo parlour on the main floor as well, which is pretty cool.nShort walking distance from Wooly’s, New World, and K - Road, but kinda seedy neighborhood.nI’d definitely stay here again!!

This is a great hostel with a great vibe. The hostel is centrally located with a great accessibility to travel around. What makes a hostel great is its ability to help the travellers plan their trip. This hostel has a travel desk that makes this job simpler. The rooms are great, the staff are friendly and the amenities/attached cafe are excellent. Their Staff Petra was super friendly and helpful. If you're in Auckland CBD, then don't think of staying anywhere else.

This is the perfect hostel if you want to meet people but also have a more private space to sleep. Lots of cool features, like makeup chairs in the women's bathroom and a yoga area. The pod rooms don't have windows but I didn't mind since you're inside your pod most of the time anyway.nnSome minor changes would make it perfect:n- Mini fans inside the pods for summer monthsn- Rubber mats outside showers so the floors don't get soaking wetn- More sinks in the women's bathroomsn- More regular servicing when the hostel is full - paper towels ran out, rubbish bins were overflowing, etc
