Came for lunch. Meals were served quickly. Nice flavours. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall a very pleasant experience. I received a fantastic surprise for my birthday from Lone Star. A free pavlova. Thank you so much.

I always have an amazing experience at Lone Star - Greenlane. The service was great from the moment we stepped in. The waiters were prompt and attentive. Food was delicious! Blackfoot fish... definitely a fave from now on. Great atmosphere and vibe. We booked a large group of 16 and we were given a great space semi-closed off booth to enjoy each others company with a bit of privacy. Nice and clean and the creme brûlée never fails. Thanks for your amazing service!

Lone Star isn’t the same as we remembered. At least when my husband and I dined there last year, we were impressed by both the portion sizes and the flavours. But when we visited again yesterday, we were thoroughly disappointed. The portion sizes, the flavours, and even the freshness of the ingredients were all lacking. I understand that the rising costs of ingredients and labour mean that restaurants have to cut costs. But for a place that claims to be an “American-style” restaurant, putting everything else aside, the portion sizes we were served would only be considered child-sized in the US.

Had a great meal with some friends! We tried the special pork tacos, which were amazing—really flavorful and a great deal at under $20. Unfortunately, they were out of the corn special, but in hindsight, that would have been a lot of food since we were after a lighter meal anyway!nnThe margaritas were spot on, so we couldn’t resist having a couple. Always a great time here, with a nice view overlooking the racecourse. The weather was so warm that they had the blinds up, letting us enjoy the fresh air—such a great atmosphere!
