The Emerald Epsom

The restaurant has a wonderful, spacious, and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in.nAs for the food—everything was fantastic and the portions were very generous. My T-bone steak was cooked to a perfect medium, and the venison was incredibly tender and juicy. Even the fries were a standout!nHighly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal. I’ll definitely be back often!

The interior of the restaurant is really lovely and has a nice vibe. The tables are unfortunately a bit on the small side; we were seated at a round table that was cramped for 5 people. We had the duck liver parfait, steak tartar, and tuna crudo for starters. Always love a good tuna crudo and this one was very tasty. The steak tartar was good but on the saltier side, the parfait was just fine; nothing special about it. For the mains, the price is not bad but portion wise it really depends on what you order. The t-bone steak is worth it imo. Was hoping to finish off strong with the chocolate creme brulee, but disappointingly it tasted more like a chocolate mousse. Was also overly sweet so can't recommend that.

Most dishes are pretty and tasty , this place is def insta-worthy, love the interior design and the atmosphere here. Good for Family or friends catchup. However the average portion size here is a bit small, you gotta order more dishes than usual if u want to make your tummy satisfied.

Flawed restaurant with Nice inviting decor.nnFood - not outstanding!nT-Bone steak not tender meat, a rich sauce, that lacked any subtle flavours,nothing special at all.nThe duck pate was good.nThe beef tartare was too salty and not really tender - lost in sauces.nThe service was cold and without smiles or any character.n- really did not feel welcome, was not treated as a guest.

It’s my first time dining here, and it was fabulous—excellent, friendly service that made us feel welcome. I couldn't believe that she managed more than 10 tables at the same time and still had a big smile on her face. I think she is Irish. Really professional.nnFood was great and the portion was generous. . I like the T-bone. Well cooked and the sauce balanced it lovely. We definitely will come back again
