KFC Royal Oak

The first ever Kfc is the best ever Kfc in the whole of New Zealand. Staff are courteous, polite and helpful. Always having a smile on their faces whilst greeting customers. Shilpak and team Take a bow. Last but not the least, i have been visiting this store for close to 10 years and the taste of chicken has been top class and consistent. Kudos team

Thought I’d give a good review because as per there are heaps of nasty ones. Just came here for a regular snack lunch $9.99 chips, burger, thigh and a drink and it was excellent, especially the chips which were extremely well seasoned I did ask for extra and cooked just right as they were not burnt like you encounter a lot of the time and not too dry with just a bit of moisture in there. Yum yum I’ll be back.

Food was fresh and deliciousnService- guy who took my order needs to learn to focus on face to face customer service as he kept talking to his team mates like he was on a lunch break while im standing there waiting u til he was done. Because of this I was overcharged and he was missing some of my orders. 3 stars because he was polite and very friendly.nAtmosphere- would be great if they prioritise cleaning the tables and rubbish during quiet times. Heaps of free tables but not one table was cleared or cleaned and the kitchen look like a hazard with over crowd of staff.

Food was presented well and fresh. Took awhile to be served, 8 min's one line, I was second in line. Bin's overflowing tables needed wiping and no paper towels at Washing station. I can appreciate they were super busy with the drive thru, but there were more worker's than customer's in the restaurant. Surly they could spare one person to attend the issues at hand
