KFC Royal Oak

I had a great experience at KFC Royal Oak! The food was fresh and tasty, just what you expect from KFC, but what really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. The store was clean and well-organized, and even during busy hours, they handled everything smoothly. Definitely one of the better KFC branches around – I’ll be coming back!

Not the best KFC in terms of food quality and consistency from my experience. I ordered wicked wings and hot & spicy twice now within one week. The first time 17/08 the wicked wings were quite floury and had a thick mushy batter on them which I’m not sure what it was and definitely haven’t seen it from any other stores.nThe second time on 24/08, I had the hot & spicy again and it was almost tasteless even compared to the original recipe. Also next to no spice compared to when I ordered them a week prior.nNot sure why this happened but can’t say I’d want to visit again if I’m not sure what quality I’ll be getting with the food.

When I only bought two pieces of original recipe chicken for my two kids. I got a tiny piece. Please stop slaughter baby chicken, let them grow up!

Popped into Royal Oak for lunch as was nearby. My order was fast & delicious tender chicken & beautifully topped up steaming hot potato & gravy was silky soft. Chips were good dipped into gravy. One of the best stores great food great staff who all deserve a job well done. As happy customers keep coming back as customer care is paramount

On August 20 1971 we we're blessed with this fine establishment. What an honor to dine at the very first KFC in New Zealand. I had a piece of chicken that Pete Harmon father of the bucket, would have no choice but to be proud of. thank you KFC New Zealand. I wil return after Saturday's rugby game Saterday hope not to see Scoro again
