KFC Greenlane

Forgot to put my food in my order. Didnt check it. Had to drive all the way back again and wait for another order. When providing the second order they still didn't 8nclude all items I had paid for after stating they had. Absolutely rubbish service and then advised there was no manager in the store. Amir is the worst no clue/brainless and my son was devastated with not been provided his food. He would rather argue even though wrong an inflame the situation rather than check the order is done correctly and then make the customer happy. Double/triple check your order!

Nice location, parking is a bit strange as it shares drive way to drive thru. Restaurant is clean toilet is clean. The kfc common problem still exist here: they are fully staffed but service is always slow. You don’t have to make burgers like other places, and chickens are already in the oven. Why are you guys so slow, and always slow?!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend getting food from here at 4pm on a Monday. Chicken was dry. Chips were cold and cold. Gravy without powder potato had lumps all through it and the buns were stale/hard. How do you stuff up buns in a bag. Only good things were the fiz and the coleslaw. Not cool Greenlane. NOT COOL

I had a fantastic experience at KFC today! The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, just like I remembered. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated how quickly my food was prepared. Definitely a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

Got dinner after waiting three hours in a hospital, food was so welcome, and hot and our chicken were actual breasts and very meaty!nAlso well priced. Shame they don't give the hand wipes any longer.
