KFC Greenlane

Today I had a surprisingly great experience at KFC Greenlane, and I felt it’s important to share it. During many of my previous visits, the customer service here often felt unfriendly and not very welcoming, so I didn’t expect much this time. But today was completely different.nnA staff member named Saritha served me, and she was outstanding warm, smiling, polite, and very helpful. She treated customers with genuine kindness, and it really made my visit enjoyable. Her attitude stood out compared to many of my past experiences at this branch.nnThank you, Sarithanyou made my day better.

Bought 4 tender snack boxes. Instead of letting me know they didn't have enough for the 2 each that is advertised, each box had 1 tender chopped in half. They even closed the window to dicuss a situation with the assistant manager for 2 minutes while I was waiting to pay. I would've happily swapped for popcorn chicken, but instead I got scammed - WITH ASSISTANT MANAGER APPROVAL. The name tag was visible.

Very Disappointed with QualitynnOrdered from KFC today and was extremely disappointed. The food looked unappetizing and the oil quality seemed poor — greasy, heavy, and with an unpleasant taste. After eating, I started feeling uncomfortable, which is very concerning. For a brand like KFC, I expected better quality and freshness.nnPlease stop serving such poor-quality food immediately and conduct a proper quality check in the store to ensure customers’ safety.

I finally have time to write this and it's the first time I've write an review on Google as well. But first of all I just wanted to appreciate this Greenlane KFC for the manager and their team.nI usually place orders on delivery for my company that I work with on Fridays, but because I was free I thought I'll drive to the store myself. I went with my plan to order two catering orders from two different stores. One will be from Greenlane and one from Royal Oak so that it will be quick. So I went to the Greenlane store first through drive thru cos when I got there, the parkings were full since the inside looks busy as well as the drive thru.nI ordered 4 jumbo buckets and add on5 coleslaws and 4 extra drinks. Even tho it looks busy the drive thru was flowing. But I was expecting they're gonna tell me to wait for half an hour since I made a big order which was fine with me. But as soon as I got to the window first of all the manager was super lovely and her customer service was amazing her name was Lisa and she got my order correctly as she confirmed but after I pay she told me to parked up for 10 minutes.nWhich is so amazing for 4 jumbo buckets. But whats even better I didn't even wait for 5 mins and Lisa and her other co worker came outside to hand me my order but the store looks so busy as well as drive thru.nSo I decided to might as well have the rest of my order from here. So I went in-store this time and order another 4 jumbo buckets with 4 6pack of bread rolls. I felt so bad as I only have cash so I couldn't do it on the kiosk. But the staff saw me waiting and straight away help me place my order I believe Manju was his name.nAgain I was amazed I didn't even wait that long and not only that, Manju and his other worker help me take my order to the car. You can see everyone's team work that made their work flow and easy.nnI will definitely be coming back and do my catering orders from here. Overall the food looks amazing and very tasty. Another plus is that they even provide plates and everything. Thank you Lisa and your team.

If I could give a negative zero I would definitely rate KFC Greenlane this. I've come through the driveway three times now as we've recently moved into the area and all times was disappointing. All the food that we have during these visits were unbelievably bad...chips were hard and not cooked properly. They ran out of popcorn chicken so ask to replace with nuggets .the nuggets were dark brown and chips was literally crumbs. The last time we ordered a lunch box and i didnt want to eat it with the way they packed it. What the hell is wrong with this branch. Manager is rude and store looks dirty and unhygienic. Food always looking like its reheating or burnt. This needs closing down
