Thai Village is, without a doubt, one of the finest Thai dining experiences I've ever had the pleasure of indulging in. The food? Oh, the food was an absolute masterpiece—each dish presented with such exquisite artistry, it was almost a shame to eat it but trust me, I did. And the staff? Well, let me just say that they welcomed us with open arms and warm smiles, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. The prices? Perfectly reasonable, especially considering the divine flavors that graced our palates.nnBut, I must say, there were a couple of quirks—nothing too crazy, just... peculiar. Like the way the staff would watch us ever so intently as we mulled over the menu, their eyes practically drilling into our souls as we tried to decide what to order. And the drinks? Well, let’s just say they were more ice than drink—90% ice, 10% liquid, if we're being generous.nnYet, all of that fades into the background when I think about the beef. Oh, the beef! Tender doesn't even begin to describe it. It was so tender, so juicy, so unbelievably flavorful, so... beefy! Each bite was a revelation—sweet, succulent, melting in my mouth to the point where I genuinely questioned if I had lost my mind. It was that good.nnIn the end, 5/5, would absolutely return. Any negative reviews you see? They must be from folks who can't appreciate seafood and Asian culture.
Lovely set up, fancy vibe and prompt service. Great variety try of choices from the menu, bit on the pricey side but the food was very tasty. Worth visiting and trying for a fancier gathering. Wouldn’t be my go to for every Thai meal as the portions are slightly smaller but great as sharing plates and larger group setting. Duck curry was delicious, everything had great flavor.
This is an old local favourite, and will probably stay so for long to come. After the renovations it's looking even better and feels great sitting outside. Food is good as always.nHighly recommend trying the roast chicken it's flaming when it comes out if you sit inside only.
I was absolutely astonished at the quality of the food at this restaurant. The recent renovation has completely transformed the place into something incredible. I've visited countless times and the food has always been consistently excellent. I was particularly blown away by the Thai Flaming Chicken dish. The staff always greets you with a huge smile and the place is always immaculately clean. There's also plenty of parking available.
The decor was very upscale and flowers were placed on the table in advance. The tableware is also all very clean and the food is inexpensive. Perfect for dates and family dinners.nThis restaurant is very popular, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance. The waiter service is very good, even if we accidentally lock eyes with the waiter, they will immediately come over and ask if we need anything.
