Kings cafe Orakei

Love this spot, great food and coffee. Outside seating can get very hot as it is inside the nursery but would be great in winter. Inside seating is ample and comfortable. Staff is friendly, will be back often!

Great service and food. I had the tandoori quinoa salad which was very yummy and my husband loved his poached eggs on toast with creamy mushrooms and homemade hash browns

Good coffee and food. Looking at other reviews you can't please everybody, but IMO this place way better than the wishy washy offerings from other cafes in AKL.

The coke came with a frozen glass, but was warm. Fries were from Agria potatoes but served with aioli. I asked for ketchup but got tomato sauce with. No salt and pepper and no luckily I'm okay with using my hands.

Super service, great food, fab prices and great location, seating inside or out. We will definately be back!

This use to be very good but since Kings took over it has gone backwards fast. Used to at least one a week, often more but after my last visit where the food was raw and cold I have given up. Need to find some where else now.

Excellent coffee and I love the cooked menu - great portions and delicious! But the best bit is the caravan full of kids toys and the trampoline!! So easy to take the kids here when they can entertain themselves!!
