Amazing! First time here with family. The fact that you can walk in and see the pasta getting made, the friendly and informative staff I.e., popular dishes... Espresso martini was right up there, and the dishes are something other.nnWe ordered the potatoes, the cavatteli pasta... Dad had the cappeletti.nnTiramisu is to die for Definitely has that coffee taste like somebody who knows how to make it, and make it well.nnThis place is a must if out with friends or dropping in for the Italian experience with a taste of the home made.nnP.S. Highly recommend the aggria potatoes to share as an entrée.

such a wonderful surprise. looked for a highly rated resto near our event and found this reasonably priced, fine dining resto. their lamb doesnt taste or smell gamey at all, it's soft and yummy. first time i've tasted lamb thats so good. short rib was how it should taste like and becomes even more delicious when mixed with all the components. my perfect date ordered a date parfait almost rhymes. pizza had a generous amount of salami. strongest tiramisu in my opinion too. in a very good way. you could taste the liquor right away. staff are helpful and cheerful. definitely going back

My friend chose the restaurant so I did not know what to expect.nnI was pleasantly surprised as I entered the restaurant. The decor was simple but sleek, the size of the place is not particularly big, but still felt spacious enough, and overall, had a great atmosphere.nnMy friend and I ordered 3 dishes to share, and none of them disappointed to say the least. We thought we would not be able to finish everything, but we absolutely did.nnI would happily come back again to try more dishes, and definitely get a dessert next time!

Bianca exceeded all of my expectations. It was the best dining experience I had in Auckland by far. The menu was thoughtful and exciting. We started with the fluffiest focaccia drizzled with olive oil, then ordered the pork hock and goat cheese dumplings for starters. We tried the ravioli and cavatelli for the mains, and tiramisu and panna cotta for dessert. Each dish was so balanced and delicious. I also had a gorgeous wine recommendation that complemented the meal perfectly. I wish we had more time to go back as I would love to try everything on the menu!

Ever had your table wiped and re-plated/cutler-ied between entrees/appetisers, mains, and dessert? Bianca staff went above and beyond for sure! Every pasta was so good it was hard to pick our fav, but overall the ragu pasta and the focaccia were the winners. Small place but food so good we loved it. Thanks!
