Ever had your table wiped and re-plated/cutler-ied between entrees/appetisers, mains, and dessert? Bianca staff went above and beyond for sure! Every pasta was so good it was hard to pick our fav, but overall the ragu pasta and the focaccia were the winners. Small place but food so good we loved it. Thanks!

We have experienced Bianca for the first time after a few recommendations in March for Lunch and last night for dinner.n- Friends came from out of town for a celebration dinner, and although a small intimate setting with simple tasteful decor, it packs a mighty punch on the food and team experience. Both times had an exceptional menu, and really everything is chefs kiss.nSimple, flavorful food done well, and a happy Team vibe made it very welcoming.nPersonal recommendations on the dishes - EVERYTHING.nn**The only thing to mention is the 1.5hr sitting time at the end it felt a little rushed which for 2 ppl would be fine but 4+ tight even 15min longer would work, but understandable it was packed.nDeserves 5 Stars, last time, and last night!

What a delight Bianca is. Innovative pasta perfectly presented by a team of comrades who are so obviously happy in and proud of their work, all overseen and expertly wrangled by the delightful Hayden who also takes the time to be front of house and welcome the steady stream of eager diners who flood in to this excellent Ellerslie eatery. Every dish we chose was a tastebud treat and it was certainly the best pasta we have eaten in Auckland. We shall return very soon. Well done team.

Hannah took it upon herself to explain the menu so that we knew what we were ordering; that was much appreciated. Crespelle with confit chicken and pork hock were both absolutely delicious. Rotolo tasted more like a thin crust pastry rather than a pasta. The focaccia was recommended and was ok. Will definitely return to sample other dishes and desserts.
