Nando's Lunn Ave

I ordered takeout and they packed the drinks with the hot food so when I got home it was all cold and all the periphery sauce and spices ended up on the drink. It was packed like that at their restaurant with no care or respectnnReally disappointed after spending $1000's on them. Might try fried chicken instead.

Terrible this is the second time I’ve ordered a wrap and selected the great pretender vegan chicken and they’ve put real chicken in my wrap. Photo shows my wrap next to my partners his with the chicken and they are definitely the same. Chips were cold. Will never order with nandos lunn ave again.

First of all, the food is very good. We got the 1/2 chicken in the Hot Level and a Side of garlic bread. Both were tasting very good and loved each bit. So let’s not take that away from Nando’s.nnButtt, the service… It’s actually very dull, the servers have no emotions except for a lady who delivered our food, she smiled and said where to find the utensils and sauces, other than that, the others are emotionless and talks very slow.nnAtmosphere is okay, but need some renovations and Maintainance. As we didn’t smell a pleasant aroma while we were waiting. No need to work on that.nnOverall, Food Good, Service needs improvement

I bought chicken and chip when I get home n open the chip there was a hair in it n the chicken was not cooked properly when I called them they are not answering the phone so I don't what to do.

Order was placed at 20:50 and it was meant to be picked by 9:30. Received the call to advise there is a 5” delay and when I arrived the chicken was just about being placed on to the hot plate and manager advised that post COVID they have been closing at 9:00. When I reached home it was clear that the Nando’s chicken which is normally the grilled with flavour of the sauce gone into the pieces…this time around was bland, the pieces were more like roasted chicken than the grilled/pan fried one! So disappointing!!! Instead of the thick sauce it was just the very fluid gravy kind of left over in the box!
