KFC Glen Innes

A bit slow but the food is always good. Sometimes the chips are mid but wicked wings always fire

Hi, I just had a really bad experience with KFC glen inns store, I was hungry and i was about to make an order from the Drive through, the lady over the mike/ speaker she said we don’t have anything available, i asked any burger or meal or drinks available anything but Her behaviour was very rude towards me.nMoreover, her eyes were red looke like she was high with weed or something, i might be wrong but behaviour plus eyes red make me think she is something into it.nOtherwise she could normally say sir we don’t have anything to cook or out of stock so i could go somewhere else and make order.

Utterly the worst KFC I’ve been to & also had food delivered from. Ordered through ubereats, paid over $127 worth of food. We received our order an hour late, cold & plenty of missing items. Missing 2 large chips, large gravy, wicked wings in the feast combo & our large coleslaw. So my husband then drove out to KFC in Panmure & bought the missing items as we put a complaint through to ubereats. Have a look at the difference in the two large gravy’s bought at KFC Panmure & KFC Glen Innes.nnKFC Panmure made their gravy’s smooth in consistency. Now have a look at KFC Glen Innes - there’s like chunks of kaka in their gravy’s.

Today i ordered popcorn chicken lunch, wicked lunch and 4 pieces of chicken.nMissing 2 pieces of chicken and 1 wing when i pick up the ordered, had to go back to counter twice to get it correct, yet they still messed up the wrong drinki asked for zero coke and got normal coke.nFood quality can be very inconsistent too, sometime the chicken tastes alright and sometime its dry & cold.nCertainly not the store i would recommend.

Hi Food was good and so was the service but didn’t like the concept of your management staff KEVIN ASIAN - his got bit of intimidating factor I could see from the lobby area the way he was looking at this Indian staff / seems more like a RACIST that was really Sad - this happening at work place , I myself was a manager in fastfood so I now body language . This should be stopped immediately - hope the RM will look into this , just ask your staffs please
