KFC Glen Innes

I had a very good experience today very lonely ladies Emma, Anau & Sisilia. Chicken was cooked perfectly thank you guys for your service and yummy quality chicken

I asked for no lettuce or full egg mayo and they didnt listen!!!! I am allergic to egg mayo so am extremely upset

What an awful meal Ordered boneless chicken, no where did it say that it was spicy, I was not happy and told one of the staff who really didn't care saying the management puts up the ads, well then describe them correctly, I don't eat spicy and all I got was 2 small grey looking pieces with a tub of grey gravy that looked like slop, right at the bottom was about 5mm of watery potatoe, this meal was disgusting and you should be ashamed serving such. Did not even taste like KFC, no wonder your store is half empty all.of the time.

I ordered online so I can't comment about the atmosphere. The chicken was dry, I'm guessing the chicken is the cheapest cuts because by the time it gets to your bucket, and arrives to eat, the chicken is dry and falls to pieces, the batter on the chicken, not palatable. Also way too much salt. When we first moved here years ago, everything tasted delicious. Now, there's no pride in how they're putting the food out, ingredients are questionable, please go easy on the salt!!

This was the worst KFC we have ever had. Shocking chicken had a weird burnt taste and cole slaw was sold out. We will never go to this outlet again. Definitely not the high standard of food that we normally experience from KFC
