KFC Glen Innes

I ordered online so I can't comment about the atmosphere. The chicken was dry, I'm guessing the chicken is the cheapest because by the time it gets to your bucket, and arrives to eat, the chicken is dry and falls to pieces, the batter on the chicken, not palatable. Also way too much salt. When we first moved here years ago, everything tasted delicious. Now, there's no pride in how they're putting the food out, ingredients are questionable, please go easy on the salt!!

This was the worst KFC we have ever had. Shocking chicken had a weird burnt taste and cole slaw was sold out. We will never go to this outlet again. Definitely not the high standard of food that we normally experience from KFC

I asked for no lettuce or full egg mayo and they didnt listen!!!! I am allergic to egg mayo so am extremely upset

I went in and purchased two meals.nMy friend and I were in there, as we always are.nThere’s one staff member who consistently has an attitude, but I always chose to be nice and assumed that’s just how she was.nnToday, I politely asked, “Could I please have a little extra salt?” She looked at me and my partner, didn’t even open the chip box, and then started aggressively shaking salt all over the bench and into my food, saying, “Is this enough salt?”nnThe amount of patience I’ve had over time with this staff member—always using my manners—I can tell you now, I’m deeply offended at how we were treated. Was she just having a bad day? Honestly, I don’t care anymore. I have always used my manners, even when I didn’t want to, and I should have been treated with basic respect—especially considering I spent over $45 on just two meals.

Rudest service through the drive thru. Roadworks across from KFC so was hard to hear through the speaker. Worker was getting angry, you would think that they would just say drive to the window but no! Just become an agitated situation just trying to order. Sold out of all burgers. For a 2 day special of the Hack burgers you would think they would’ve ordered enough to last more than the first day? Rude service at window, no receipt given. Worst KFC in the whole of Auckland, re train your staff!!
