Absolute gem in Auckland!nFrom the moment we walked into La Vista, we felt incredibly welcomed. The staff is so warm and hospitable, they truly make you feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous! I highly recommend trying their chicken salad and the pancakes — both were fantastic. nnMy partner and I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner here! The seaside view was absolutely stunning, and we loved enjoying the evening breeze throughout our meal. The atmosphere was beautifully decorated with a romantic Valentine’s theme, which made the night feel extra special.nnEvery dish we tried was delicious. The eggplant salad was especially memorable—so distinctive and flavorful from the very first bite. The fish cake was also very tasty and perfectly prepared. The drinks we ordered, Fresh Summer and Spider, were both refreshing and well made. And of course, the paella was excellent—rich, authentic, and cooked to perfection.nnFor dessert, the tiramisu was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t overly sweet, which made it even more enjoyable.nnOverall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we highly recommend this place for a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I had this restaurant booked for Valentines as a special treat and we were absolutely delighted with the service, kai and atmosphere!nInitially I noticed a booking was appreciated on a busy night and using the online portal was easy as!nNow for the service, the ladies working this evening were fabulous. Incredibly attentive, kind and the vibe to be honest. We felt seen and heard at each request, drinks were offered for refill as soon as they emptied. We asked for some time between entree and main and that was provided with no compromises. The view was wonderful and the setting of tables was very romantic.nWe left on a high because of the kindness and attention we were given by the wonderful staff.nThe food was wonderful and well prepared, grilled scallops and seafood chowder for entree, i had the catch of the day and my partner had the beef wellington medium rare. Cooked to perfection and salt and pepper provided on the table to enhance the flavours of the quality ingredients.nI would 100% reccomend this place to anyone in the area, please book ahead however I think that is the best way to guarantee a smooth service!

We booked for today for lunch for our wedding anniversary.nThe food was perfect, the service was great awesome happy staff and honestly it was just a good vibe.nnThanks for improtu ice-cream too. We will definitely be back!nnAlso portion sizes!! We were stuffed :

Good authentic Spanish food.nWe enjoyed the rich flavours in the Squid dish - main sized. Really good - recommended!nThe paella was rich and delicious, full of seafood and great flavours. Large serve.nGood garlic and cheese bread pizza.nLeafy salad with olives and feta good too!nCheap drink 3pm - 6pm 8$ wines and beersnEnjoyed the Seaview from a table near the front of the restaurant.nOnly downside was the tables are very close - so the conversation of you and your neighbours are not private…
