This is not a pretentious poorly lit gourmet destination. Its a fun self aware ode to Germany beer houses. Beer in 1 litre steins. Big potions of big flavours. Meat potato sauerkraut gherkins. Go in have a full time and get your lederhosen on!

WIENER SCHNITZEL aka Pork SCHNITZEL & PORK HOCK - Recommended dishes here.nnThe Pork Schnitzel portions are amazing and absolutely delicious. Golden crunchy on the outside and has the perfect width on the inside. I personally loved the serving with mashed potato and with gravy. As the other reviews say, always get the double size and take the left overs home! I have tried the Beef Schnitzel aswell, which was delicious too, but personally loved the pork one more.nnThe Pork Hock is a dish that surprises. Visually it is served with a knife in the middle. I would say for portion wise, this would serve two adults with this one dish alone. Served with some pasta like noodles on the side and some sauerkraut.nnThe atmosphere is what makes this place amazing - colourful and makes you feel like you have travelled to the other side of the world.nnService was friendly and great. The wait time for the food was on the longer end, but it is worth it for the quality of food.nnWill be back again!

Quite possibly the worst meal I’ve eaten ever, frozen steak which was cooked poorly - blood running while the inside half is well done and other half rawnnJust awful, a friend ordered a schnitzel and ate a bite, dryer than the Sahara.nnChips cooked in old oil, brown in colour but not cooked through. Very poor

Came with a fairly large group so we booked beforehand.nWe were welcomed once we entered and shown to our tables. The waitress was quite helpful when we were ordering drinks. They have 1L vessels of beer, some of which you con't get anywhere else.nOnce everyone showed up we ordered without much waiting or fuss. Most of us ordered schnitzel, but only a few dared to get two pieces. The schnitzel comes in beef, chicken or pork and they also have other items like the pork hock.nFood came around the same time and it was delicious. The schnitzel is quite big and crispy and tasty.nFantastic food, drinks and service.nnEdit: The desserts were ok but the mains were good. I got the Deutch platter and it was mostly nice. there were some piece of the roast pork which was a bit dry and I ran out of gravy.

This is a great establishment with a great atmosphere where you feel comfortable.nnStaff friendly, extremely attentive, and responsive.nnAll the Schnitzels were delicious, as they have been for the many years we have been going.nnPortions ultra generous.nnAn awesome experience. Try it -you won’t be disappointed.
