Annabelles Restaurant

My family went there a month ago for dinner. We ordered a duck spring roll, bimbimpab, duck leg risotto and grilled fish. The food there is not very fancy but fulfilling taste. I love the brownie dessert and crumble. Service was very nice, will be back!

Fabulous family lunch, brilliant menu with a lot of options of dietary requirements. We had entrees, mains and desserts. The snapper special was a great light lunch option. The open air front was lovely enjoy the sun and seaviews. Our service was personal, efficient and discreet. Throughly enjoyed our afternoon lunch.

I’ve been to Annabelles previously for dinner or the odd coffee and they must have had a change in ownership because the front man with the beard was so rude and condescending, the food was a joke and overpriced. We don’t go out often and this was such a disappointing experience. Waffles tasted like they were poured out of a pre-made mix and there was a ‘drizzle’ of syrup true to the description on the menu. An actual drizzle. Benedict had no sauce and the bread could pass for cardboard. No salt or pepper and nobody came to check in after the food was served. We had to ask for water and got waved away back to our seat and when we asked for water for our puppy the same dude pointed to the road ‘over there’ I asked him if the bowl was empty it was empty and dirty he said no I’ll fill it up though. HOW is this acceptable especially with St Heliers standards of service? We finished all two bite size meals quick and got the heck out of there waste of money. Expecting to read a dismissive response to this review.

Were in for a quick bite. Small servings for the price, while the food was not tasty. One of the waitresses - might have been the owner - had a condescending attitude with some clients: we felt unwelcome. Bottomline - horrible experience, pricey subaverage food all robbing an excellent location.

Small but very comfortable space, foods made with a lot of affection and well served, ice cold beer and very pleasant atmosphere. Facing beach. I recelebrate 100%
