We had a great experience tonight while passing through at 7:30. No line in the drive through, the lady who served us was lovely and our food was great! Super fresh and hot, packed nicely and the chips were perfectly salted. Thank you!
Ordered online an hour before for prompt pickup as we were driving through with a baby and needed fast and easy.nnMy order was due to be picked up at 4:57pm… I arrived at 5:05pm… waited at the counter til 5:10pm without any acknowledgment that I was even standing there. I literally didn’t exist to anyone behind the counter as much as I made eye contact.nnYes they were busy and I’m not the one to yell for attention, but a little acknowledgement goes a long way! “Hi, won’t be long” wouldn’t have hurt.nnThey put my order together at 5;20pm… over 20min after I ordered it.nnMy food was sadly slapped together without a care in the world. Sauce streaming out every side which became inedible.nnWon’t be going back
Very disappointed with the Wicked Wings and fries. Both were extremely salty, making them almost inedible. The excess salt completely masked the actual flavour and left an unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve enjoyed KFC before, but this experience was far below expectations. Quality and consistency really need improvement
Don’t believe them when they say they don’t have an item, they actually do but they’re to lazy to cook it- I got a burger tonight and paid, 5 minutes after they said they had no bacon in stock and ran out. I said I wanted a refund, they said they could add a extra slice of cheese I said it’s okay I’ll take a refund on the burger, they ended up saying it’s okay we will cook bacon till take 3-5 minutes rip of gunttttss. Also, make sure to check your bag before even leaving the window. They forgot our gravy and wicked wings ‍
Probably one of the freshest KFC burgers I've eaten. I'm not really a KFC person but the burger wasnfresh off the grill. Lettuce was crisp, sauce was just the right amount and the fries were straight out of the fryer. Atmosphere. Not sure that's a thing at KFC. But the crew was busy and just getting on with it and staff were friendly
