Ordered online an hour before for prompt pickup as we were driving through with a baby and needed fast and easy.nnMy order was due to be picked up at 4:57pm… I arrived at 5:05pm… waited at the counter til 5:10pm without any acknowledgment that I was even standing there. I literally didn’t exist to anyone behind the counter as much as I made eye contact.nnYes they were busy and I’m not the one to yell for attention, but a little acknowledgement goes a long way! “Hi, won’t be long” wouldn’t have hurt.nnThey put my order together at 5;20pm… over 20min after I ordered it.nnMy food was sadly slapped together without a care in the world. Sauce streaming out every side which became inedible.nnWon’t be going back
Staff members are rude and disrespectful. Asked to change chicken pieces as the menu shows as drumsticks but provided cold, soggy breast pieces. CSR said no and thank you and disappeared. Manager was rude too, no one was wearing name badge. Manager has a negative attitude. Disappointed!!!
Hi, I ordered via the app, requested a pick up time for today 4.42pm, when I arrived I went straight to counter as I was 5 mins after requested time, and nobody acknowledged me so when the server handed out another order I showed him my phone with order number on it. Then he went and made it. However after getting home an hour away the order was wrong. I paid for hot and spicy 'didn't get hot n spicy ' chips were not seasoned. And missing a bun. Then I tried calling the 0800 number and the message is the number you called is unavailable, so I then google Raumanga kfc number and no answer again. Question I have is, where is the customer service in this store and why can't I talk to someone from the store..
It was awesome quick service building clean and tidy in side and food fresh and tasty ..not dry and drinks were cheap to go ‍ with meal...tin can of Fanta or coke and ect....enjoy it....
Service was so rude it made the food taste average at best. The female employee working at the pass today had an attitude on her. More over, there was a car parked outside, that staff were both coming out talking to and bringing food out while they are on the clock I imagine. Either way, not a good look
