The service was excellent. The tables were cleared and the restaurant was neat and tidy. But the kfc was different to Aucland Kfcs it had a crumbled like texture rather than the normal batter consistency. It resulted in a darker product that was not as good as the Auckand KFC unless they have changed as well
The staff are pushy and rude. Kept asking for our order but we couldn't see the menu board. It's actually in front of the speaker. Limited expensive options only listed. No cup holder for drinks or plates given for a 6 person order. Try driving with that. Place needs cleaning and it's noisy. Can't hear you and we can't hear them. Not great but only place in the North. Next place Auckland.
One of the worse chicken I tried. It was soggy, thin, not well fried, felt of the meat.... disgusting. The Coronel Meal, two pieces of chicken. One it was a win and the other a very little piece near the neck. The chips were very nice
Ripped us off! Bought an XL share meal before heading back home 1.5hours up north.. they didn't give us the potato and gravy and 1 less pack of chips! Only noticed now as heating it up for dinner for the fam!
