We were left waiting in the car park for our drive through because they didn't have any zinger paddies readynWas left waiting so long that we had to come inside and saw half the staff standing aroundnWhen we eventually hold the order it was missing items and found half of it was cold.nThen to top it off, found rotting lettuce in one of the burger
Had to feed a big group tonight so popped in looking for help getting the best deal. The girl who served us was helpful, had zero bad attitude even though it took us a while to make up our mind. Wasn't agro when we asked her to make sure we got everything we had paid for. Surprisingly good experience! Spent $180. Friendly as. Watched them taking good care with my order. Got it home, everything was present. And the chicken was awesome. Tasty, moist and tender.nThanks! Everyone full and some leftovers for breakfast!
Brought the meal with the free key ring super excited. Got home to no key ring. Drove all the way back to get one as they didn’t answer the phones. Called so many times. They never pick up. Got there and the laughed and said oh yeah we don’t have any. Very rude they giggled about it. I kept my receipt so hoping when they back in stock I go get one but if you don’t have any you should mention it or mark it as sold out on the kiosks.
Can't say much about the food, usual KFC flavours. The service is off-putting. It seems as though the staff feel they need to do nothing due to the self-service ordering system. Once the food is ready your number is called, food is placed on the counter and staff disappear. No assistance thereafter and the place just never feels clean to dine in
KFC always disappoints. I wish the burgers looked as good as the photos in the menu, not just slopped together. False advertising and not at all cheap these days. And always served luke warm, cold by the time you finish eating.
