KFC always disappoints. I wish the burgers looked as good as the photos in the menu, not just slopped together. False advertising and not at all cheap these days. And always served luke warm, cold by the time you finish eating.
A few years ago my family got KFC for lunch. We ordered off the machine thing and it didn’t give us a recite this was before the qr code was added. My brother got a Zinger burger but it didn’t come with the food. My mom went to tell the workers but they accused her off lying because she didn’t have a receipt and we swore not to come back.nSpoiler we still come here and the food is great. KFC has definitely improved, the fries are hot and well seasoned the chicken is crispy and the drinks are refreshing
Manager didn't apologize for his error. First problem the order machine was out of paper so we got no ticket so went to talk to him and explain and tell him our order and number. And he said it will be 15 min till the next batch comes out.nWe waited....however our food was given to someone else after we had been waiting for the batch to be cooked 15 min. We sat in store the whole time he said he called our number. I then complained and he not once apologized. We waited another 8 min for the next batch all up we would have be waiting our 30 min for our food. No sorry no attempt to reconcile anything. Highly disappointed I even said I hope you threw a few extra pieces in there for all this crap. He said oh no I can't do that!!! Ridiculous manager useless.
Whenever I have come to eat at KFC. They always operate just 3-4 items of the entire menu. I think they should close by 6 in the evening as there is no option to order after 6.nnI believe all 5 star ratings are rigged.
This KFC is absolutely terrible!nMissing food items EVERY single time. And when you tell staff you are missing food, they pretty much berate you, essentially brand you a thief and throw your missing food at you. No Apology, just disdain, like how dare we actually want what we paid for!nNot only do the staff joke around, twirling tongs and high 5-ing, meaning their customers don't get the attention they deserve, but staff also sit in the outdoor area and vape underneath the no smoking sign. Patrons and children around or not, they don't care.nThe toilets are always filthy. The last time we went to use the disability toilet for my daughter the floor was flooded deeming it unsafe/fall hazard. The staff didn't care when I mentioned it was dangerous for those less able bodied and needed mopping. No one came to mop it the whole time we were there.nAfter today's terrible service, yet again, with missing food today was 2 chips, a potato and gravy and our popcorn chicken and belittlement from your staff half my age, has cemented in my mind that we will NEVER waste our money here ever again!nKFC Bank St, you have gone to the dogs!
