You walk in and are instantly greeted by a waitress who seats you and explains the ordering system which is done through a tablet. The modern ordering system allows you order whatever you want & total cost breakdown at the touch of a button. My wife and I ordered the ribs & wedges meal. The food arrived at our table about 15 min after we ordered. The ribs were tender and covered with sauce. The side of wedges were crispy and complemented with sour cream. There was a male server, whose name I unfortunately did not get, that was absolutely amazing. He came to check up on us and made sure we were looked after and we even had a nice chat about their eating challenge. This person and the other staff we interacted wih provided a genuine experience with real conversations which lifted the atmosphere and made us feel at home. The inside of the restaurant is nice and rustic with warm lighting to make you feel comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend eating here, you will not be disappointed!
Excellent food and atmosphere. One of the best restaurants we have recently visited. The ribs are amazing, the cocktails are awesome.
Was grateful to reserve a table on a Saturday night only to arrive to a completely packed-out restaurant however, our dining experience was memorable indeed. Greeted politely and shown the tablet way of ordering which was excellent. Even though they were full on busy we didn't wait long for our drinks and food. We got a jug of coke, and I had a pineapple juice which I though was a bit warm at first till the ice in it cooled it down. The food was immaculate, we got ribs platters, and the cheese cob all were delicious right down to the chips and onion rings. Perfect sizing, we also ordered dessert which was very yummy too. 10/10 all around for sure we will be back! :
The male waitress we had tonight was absolutely lovely and pleasant. Food was amazing and didnt even wait that long! Loved the experience for me and my son many thanks.
3 Jan 24. between 6pm-8pm ish. 1st time.nImpressed with decor. Seated immediately. Served by lovely young fellow OWEN. 10/10 customer service from Owen. Good reccomendations able to point us to best marinade/ sauce for chicken to suit our tastes. & he nailed it! . Polite , attentive, double checked order, made us feel very welcome and just.overall gave us a good vibe! What an asset to your restaurant.nFood came quick and we were highly impressed by portion sizes we ordered 3 starters only for 2 for sharing we had to takeaway half our order!!nOnion Rings - OMG big portion, tasty, real onion and devinenSalt & Pepper Squid- great portion size, super tasty and good saucenChicken wings - huge sized wings, moist, cooked perfectly with honey dippped sauce.. OMG devine!nOur only comment would be that it would have been nice to have some more honey dip for chicken to dip it into as your eating through the chicken!
