KFC Tahunanui

We had the worst experience . Fromnthe counter to our stable by the counter our bag was dripping . Couldn't eat chicken as when you held it up to eat the coating was dripping off with all the oil . 6 meals 5 hardly touched except for potato and gravy . Lemonade had no syrup so soda water . Returned to counter and spoke to manager who said he would talk to cook. Didn't return our money by the time i got back to table it was thrown in rubbish and as the boxes with chicken were about to go in i said i will take them to counter . Asked staff to hand to manager. We got no coleslaw or moros with deluxe packs and no cans of drinks that we were meant to get with our packs . Managernwas of no assistance . The place was dirty , my family went to sit upstairs tables dirty and toilet hand basin had something growing in it . My husband is a cleaner and couldn't stand it and returned back downstairs . We will never eat it again and as for head office i have had no response and our visit was nearly 9 days ago so much for reply in three to five days . Also manager when i spoke to him as wenleft nelson said he was sorry and that the team above would be in touch but wouldnt pbe till monday as it was weekend well that was a week ago today . Also how do you have frozen chips in with soogy chips . Totally a terrible experience . Posted two photos of what hadn't been thrown already in rubbish .

I just bought chicken box for share. The fried batter is too hard and thick to eat. I think they fried with too much flour. The taste is not like the one i ate last week. I ordered same one. Last week, the fried batter was soft enough. But today, I wanted to go back to KFC for them to try it. But its too far from my house. Its so annoying. I eat this one often but its first time for this texture. I need to remove this fried fried battered flour things. So disappointed.

Only go here if you want to wait 45 minutes and watch everyone who came in after you get their food before you. Extremely slow especially seeming as all we ordered was a colonel lunch, then two snack burgers and two sliders, it shouldn’t be taking so long, ‘FAST FOOD’ is not served here.

Great burger yesterday. The Indian girl.very rude .no smiling.bad communication.ignored our change of drink order.need to pick up on cleanliness. Rubbish bin not empty. Tables not clean.

Worst service ever so rude and arrogant 10 piece family meal piece of chicken short chips stale and cold no serviettes or utensils been gradually getting worse. The chicken was totally overcooked dry and tasteless.i live in Tahuna but in future will drive to Richmond where the staff are more polite without the arrogance.
