Had a great time food was fantastic good porshions yum service was great view great well it was great.
Lovely restaurant on the waterfront going into nelson. Offers kiwi menu including the best seafood chowder, mussels and crumbed fish. Decent range of beer and wine. Staff are super friendly and attentive. We booked so we’re able to sit outside and admire the view. Outside area has covered roof and sides for colder days
Wonderful friendly service, great tasting food and lovely environment service of staff was a highlight. Recommend the Pork Belly burger and chicken bacon burger. Will definitely eat here again.
Seems like it is always fully booked and there must be a reason why. Decent food. Friendly staffs. We had a seafood platter and a pizza. Quite satisfied. Loved the location as well! Highly recommended. Dining with a nice ocean view.
Spent 4 days in Nelson and this was by far the best place we visited! We had breakfast here and it was amazing. Wanted to come back for dinner but they were fully booked which didn't surprise me. Will definitely be back next time we are in Nelson
Absolutely top seafood chowder! Generous helpings with good fun service. The Styx is right on the waterfront and there is no doubt the ingredients are fresh out of the ocean.
