Just had the most amazing experience through the drive through. Had an accent, male, dark skin and hair at 7pm on 22nd of Nov. polite, clear, just all out amazing. What a breath of fresh air. If you don’t look after him, I’m sure someone will poach him… fabulous top grade service.
Arrived in drive through and did not have to wait long to get served. Unlike the Papanui branch we did No have to wait 30min for Chicken. Our order was taken and we drove up to pay. The staff member on the window was pleasant. After a short wait our order was handed to us. And off we went to enjoy our food.
Ordered extra hot sauce only to be told after paying that they had no stock. They did offer an extra fries as compensation. Tables were all sticky, just needed a good clean.
20+ minutes waiting in drive through queue and can't get an order right! Seems only 1 person taking orders. Asked for large got small chips and a can - pretty sure a can of drink is not large! Chips would last a mcd's drive through plus drive home, 2 mins in drive through and I've finished the Chips!
Without being horrible as most KFC branches have been on the ball, this is hands down one of the worst experiences from a drive thru. We waited in line for 25 mins, finally ordered our food. The order for two items took 5mins alone to order through the box. When we finally pulled up to the window, it took 5 mins. In total, 35 mins. No doubt they were short staffed, so I don't see this changing anytime soon and the staff will be stressed and un motivated by the looks. Not the first time this was happened here but it is gonna have to be the last time for us guys. Just need to pick a the game
Went in just before 5pm, went instore to order, there was about 12 workers on most just standing around. Took 8 minutes for someone to come to the till to serve us. The manager was talking to someone else the entire time complaining it was overstaffed, someone else was just standing there hugging a 10L container of water drinking it through a straw and someone else was just walking back and forth. There was only 1 car in the drive through. We finally got served and food came out fast after however it was terrible. One peice of chicken was super dry and the other one was the size of a $2 coin. Chicken fillets in the burger were also extremely dry. The previous time I ordered from this KFC, I used the online delivery and after one and a half hours I had to go in store to pick it up. I asked for a refund but the guy refused and instead offered me two wicked wings. I paid a lot of extra money to auctually get the delivery and was never fairly compensated.
Went through the drive after waiting 15mins 1 car infront of us we had ordered our meal only to get to the window to be told no large coleslaw you will have to take 3 small ones,I said it doesn't amount to the same amount though? Large is 450g small 100g he was so rude and arrogant laughed at us ,we get home to find no potato n gravy .bloody fuming absolutely disgusting, tried to ring but no one answered the ph .last time we will be going there!!! The chops had so much salt couldn't eat them.
Worst kfc ever. I always have problems there and they always run out of chicken. And then try to refund you in $5 worth of 20 cent coins and the rest in other random coins
Seriously how hard is it to get a drive through order correct ? 2 cars in drive through.. 3 people inside so not busy , missed 1/3 of my order and then I rung the store 9 times for at least 45 rings each time and no answer at all . Absolutely appalling. Parking: No
Ordered 2 zinger combos via drive through 20 mins ago. back home found both has no Burgers. My children are so disappointed.called 6 times can’t get through.
