KFC Hornby

Good KFC, went inside and ordered. The lady that served us was lovely. Chicken and everything we ordered was really nice.

YET AGAIN SOMETHING MISSING. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! IF A CUSTOMER PAYS $50 FOR A MEAL BLOODY WELL FILL THE ORDER AND LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. OH YEH AND WHATS THE POINT IN HAVING A PHONE ON IF YOUR GOING TO TAKE IT OFF THE HOOK SO NO ON CAN RING AND COMPLAIN??

Dirty tables and food on floor. Order was missing one item provided when asked worst part - Big Kahuna - you must be joking... tiny burger, limp bacon and soggy bun. Used to like KFC but will avoid from now on.

Been there twice after team change. Every single time when I paid extra $ to swap things, I still got the original. This time, extra dollar for pure gravy and got potato and gravy again. So disappointed.

Third time in a row there have been no wicked wings, burgers and limited original recipe pieces. It's a fried chicken place... that never has fried chicken. Not going here again, go to Riccarton instead.

Their ordinary chichen was over salted and drenched actually dripping with oil. On the contrary the zinger wings were done really well. It looks like there is a lot of traffic through the shop so maybe thats why the chicken is not up to par.

Moist Chicken Gravy in potatoes just right. Chips great to and burgers wow drive in and see.

Took way too long to be even able to order. Was at the front of the queue for 10 minutes before someone took our order

Dirty. Slow. Tills weren't working. Language barrier. Horrific
