Great sunday activity. Scored a few plants and fruits vegetables from the market. Great sunny day is the best day for it. It is part Canterbury local community experience.

The worst raceday experience I have ever had.Would seem to me that the Racing Club are more intetested in providing a social event rather than a raceday experience and treat owners as an inconvenience.

Not a Racing fan,however,my Son visiting us from Palmy twisted my arm and we went to a mid week event,apart from a cold and wet day it was enjoyable sitting in the bar watching it on screen,with me food and drinks,just a pity about the weather.

Wonderful place. Live music, food and atmosphere just make you happy

Lovely first time visit

A great place to go to on a beautiful hot Sunday. Great range of stores so many things to buy. We buy our fruit and vegetables here excellent prices. Clean bathroom facilities and cash atm machine if needed.Live music and a bouncy castle for the children.

Don't know much about horse racing but if you are in Christchurch, visit the Sunday market , plenty of nice food, good stalls.

What a balls up, postponing the nz cup cause they hadn't prepared the track properly. Idiots

Went for the food market - it was insane! Real noodles! Halo halo! Corn dogs! Plus endless stalls of excellent bric-à-brac and home knitting.

Went in the back way . Sat in the front of finishing line with small maltese. We loved it
