This dim sum restaurant offers a pleasant and roomy atmosphere, ideal for hosting family and friends for birthday, wedding or event gatherings. With fast service and reasonable prices, it's a convenient choice. We visited to sample their dim sum but were a little disappointed by the BBQ Pork Bun, which lacked filling. While the appearance of the egg tart was enticing, the taste fell flat. Perhaps it is suitable for those who prefer minimal sweet pastries. The filling of the steamed egg custard bun was disappointing as it didn't flow as it should have. Overall, other dishes were good, and some were merely average. We hope for better experiences on our next visit.
Authentic Cantonese yum chai! Everything we tried were came with high standard!nDeep fried Salty dumpling has thin crust with yummy filling! Shumai tasted homemade with big prawn. Service is also quick. Definitely will come back!
Glad to have found another yumcha restaurant in Auckland. Air conditioning made it very refreshing inside, food tasted good and it wasn't too expensive like the other places around town!nnThe fried dumplings in the photo were huge!nnHighlight must be the pork polo buns, limited item for this store!
Came in here for yum cha and ordered 2 extra dishes from the menu, blue cod fish and fried lamb shanks. Food from the main menu were fine, however the food from the yum cha cart that were served was off and stale. We ordered about 6 or 7 dishes fr the cart and in our table found that the tofu skin roll, chicken feet and deep fried sesame ball were stale and tasted off. Very disappointing that a fully established restaurant would dare to serve days old food to customers. When we approached the staff member, she neither acknowledged or apologized but instead just offered a small jelly for free - which doesn't atone for the leftover food they serve.
I ordered roasted duck and sweet and sour pork to take away. Want to support community store, but after complaints about un-well cooked duck and something wrong about pineapple. The boss lady still lied that just color of the sauce and then ignored me. Please watch out for what you’ve been served.
