Food was alright, but for the amount we paid, the portions of the Kimchi soup and Soy paste beef soup were so bad. I know that we’re in the middle of a recession right now, but the amount of meat we got was so disappointing. Especially the beef soup - literally shards of beef in between a whole heap of vegetables. I initially thought it would all be at the bottom but that wasn’t the case, and it felt like I was eating vegetable soup. Would not really recommend - there are so many other Korean restaurants out there that are better value for your money.
Delicious food, quick service and plenty of tables. It was fairly busy but quiet. I had the spicy pork and it was really good. Lots of car parks available.
One of my favourite Korean restaurants in Auckland. Came here on a Wednesday night which was still pretty busy but they managed to seat us, take our order and have food at our table within 15 minutes. We always opt for the grilled meats here pork and chicken being favourites and they give a good selection of sides. Was absolutely yum!!
Went for dinner on Saturday. The place is quite busy. Reservation is recommended. Had the spicy pork and squid, fried chicken half original and half honey garlic. You can top up the side dishes.. staffs are friendly. Order to serve was pretty quick. Total bill was $127
Run into this restaurant after shopping at Wang. I ordered the stone pot bimbimbab for lunch. NZD24 includes generous portion of side dishes. Food is yum and the portion is good. They used chewy purple rice rather than plain white rice which made this dish more layered. Worth the money! Must try!
