Awesome gym . Great community, great coaches and awesome for drop ins .

Awesome community and relaxed environment with coaches who are knowledgeable and hugely supportive.  The programming will have you working hard but is adaptable for those of all fitness and skill level.

If your thinking about how unfit you are or how rubbish you are going to be it doesn't matter at Renegade. The coaches are awesome and will find a way to help you with all exercise weather it be you have an injury or your just getting back into your exercise journey. The gym is super friendly and has also helped me get my nutrition back on track. Totally recommend for any fitness level.

This gym has CrossFit and functional and weights in one space practiced some wods with some of the teams prepping for partners league 2022

Great coaches and classes. Love going to CrossFit and not only feeling like I’ve had a successful workout, but the community feeling is like something I haven’t experienced in a gym.

Best atmosphere and community here. Everyone is supportive and optimistic. Zak and his team are always helpful in and out of the gym. Highly recommended if you're a beginner or seeking a higher challenge with their renegade fitness program.

Coaches are knowledgeable, passionate and professional. Classes are fun and challenging.  Highly recommend to anyone looking to try cross-fit for the first time, or athletes looking to step up their training.
