Staff are the best, so helpful.  Biggest thing I love is culture and what the gym provides to help me to my goals.  I settled in nicely after moving from Taranaki and I feel like it’s my family. Best Gym in East Auckland! Friendly Members & Staff, so so clean and just the best place to smash out a gym session. been a member for 3 years and it never fails to disappoint ever.

I really enjoyed working out at this gym. Customer service and communication was always top notched and they're always welcoming.  The equipment are of great quality and there is a lot of space for you to do your big compound lifts without getting into others' space.  Members are polite, respectful of your space and when you're on the machine. No hovering, or pressuring or rushing.  Highly recommend this gym.

My absolute favourite gym. The vibe n atmosphere is fantastic.  Friendly and welcoming staff, can't beat the hammer strength gear and variety available. It's a gym that I look forward to going to!

Been going here since it opened like a year ish ago and definitely one of the nicer gyms I've been to.  Real good vibes, staff are really great, knowledgable and go the extra mile, Equipment is still in great condition and everything is kept really clean. Definitely recommend

Great staff, good gear, dedicated patrons. Love the Insta exercise tips keep it up!
