Very nice place to do workout. Facilities are clean and good enough. Staff are friendly. However, the opening hours are not very friendly to those people who want to do workout after 9pm since it closes at 9pm weekdays and 6pm weekends and holidays.

Extended family whether its members or staff. Very warm welcome upon entering and the instructors always there to lend a hand and give advice.

Great gym, staff super friendly, equipment well kept and new. The classes are awesome. I do boxing classes and get a good blowout. Highly recommended.
