Hi and welcome to So Inspired Fitness where Boot Camps, Pilates and Personal Training get you results. I am Sarah Parry a qualified Master Personal Trainer with The Australian Institute of Fitness and Pilates Instructor with internationally recognised STOTT Pilates.
“I work from a private studio space at home, I have a pilates reformer machine, kettle bells, boxing bag to mention a few combined with a talent for programme design to help you achieve the strong and healthy body you deserve. I am also trained in Pre/post natal, rehabilitation, posture realignment and advanced pilates. World class education and injury safe methodology are my forte. I offer an effective clean eating nutrition plan and lifestyle enhancing planning to help you with your fitness dream!
