Story

Go-Kan-Ryu Karate (GKR) is a traditional Japanese style of karate. GKR was founded by Robert Sullivan in Adelaide, South Australia. Robert first began training in the art of karate in 1964, and spent time training and teaching in both Japan and the USA before establishing GKR in 1984.

GKR Karate is taught in a non-contact environment and promotes both character and physical development. GKR is a club for all ages and promotes self-defence, fitness, coordination, discipline, confidence and stress relief.

People of all walks of life can train together and learn the art of karate in a safe, fun and encouraging environment.

I used to go to this school, it was a great school the staff took care of student well and being able to sign up of jobs to do around the school was great. bullying was not really happening if their were any fights the teacher would sort it out and the fights would not happen again. between the students they was a bit of hate between students. the playground is great and the activities done in this school are great . its a fun school I recommend your child go there because the school is welcoming and safe. I'm not sure how it is now i left last year but I'm sure its improved

baverstock’s netball team is very aggressive and harmful. They’ve hurt my whole netball team, including me and they didn’t even apologize.
Decent school just that their netball team is a little aggressive I am a mother of one of the child that got injured
