U-Jam Fitness® is an athletic urban dance fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a workout - all while having FUN!
Founded in January 2010, U-Jam Fitness® is an exciting and athletic dance fitness program that gives students an intense calorie-burning workout fuelled by the hottest beats from around the world.
The program is designed for a full body workout, combining cardio fitness and toning. There are two intensity levels, Level 1 and Level 2, making the program suitable for students of all fitness levels.
It's one big dance party that's so much fun, you'll forget you'r working out!
