Coco's Cantina

Coco's Cantina saved my Friday. I didn't have a reservation but they had a table available outside. I had the seafood linguine, my partner had a pizza. Pasta was good with decent amount of clams, but next time I'll definitely have a pizza. The waitress was very nice and helpful. Five star service and recommendations.

Authentic italian food and great great service. The best meal I had in Auckland. Reasonable price with hospitality service makes me feel like grandma's kitchen in Italy.Food: 5/5

Very cool place with a great service and delicious food! Dont pass it and come to check it out! First time there and liked right away! The place has a great atmosphere! Its very relaxing there. They have a small garden outside and it is decorated with plants and pillows where you can literally lay down if its not too busy . There are stairs where you can sit down with your group for an afternoon drink or snack and enjoy your company. Service is great and very accommodating. They will give your recommendation on a menu if you dont know what to choose! I loved polenta chips ! I think its my favorite! So yummy and crunchy! Vibes were very good when I visited! I recommended this place if you are looking for something new. It is very inviting! They have good cocktails and also specials for almost every day!

We celebrated a family birthday in the private dining room. The set menu was delicious and the perfect amount of food. We had our own bathroom and we're able to choose our own music which was such a nice extra. The lady who looked after us did such an awesome job and was so warm and attentive. Everyone we interacted with was awesome, such a great vibe and can't wait to come back. All the food was amazing but I'm definitely heading back for the Potato, wild garlic burnt butter ravioli, Chocolate tart and Lamb ragu. Dietary restrictions: Catered for a few in our groups that don't eat pork and can't eat nuts

Really, really nice meal had by all on our table of four. The pizzas are excellent. They have vegan options, and are accommodating to changes so I’m sure some non vegan options could be made vegan if wanted. The only thing that slightly let the evening down was the service, the table next to us had a different waitress and seemed to be much better, for example one person on our table didn’t get their meal at the same time as the rest of us, and actually ended up having to ask where it was, it was then quite a while before our table was cleared and then we waited a while to be asked if we wanted desert, until we ended up asking another waitress for a desert menu as it seemed like we had been forgotten, the table next to us, who arrived after us had eaten their mains, been offered, had ordered and were eating their desert and we were still waiting for the offer of a desert menu. Maybe our waitress was having a bad day, other than that it was great and would’ve been a 5 star review.

Loved Coco’s Cantina. Great atmosphere and staff were amazing. Food was excellent… the polenta chips were amazing and the pork belly was very tasty. Coco’s is consistently one of the most reliable, delicious restaurants in Auckland. We’ve been here 10-20 times over the years, and it has never been better than now. The menu is so good, and the staff are always lovely. This is our go-to restaurant for a guaranteed good meal.
