our stay here recently was amazing! exceeded our expectations & we did not want to leave, we were given a room upgrade too because our stay was to celebrate my birthday & being engaged. so that was a lovely surprise, hotel staff were polite & helpful. Spa and sauna was great!Rooms: 4/5

Best Hotel ever! Really great night manager that help visitors and late check ins. Fully committed. Hospitality really full power Dedicated and thoughtful, I will definitely return to stay and enjoy their spa buffet and most of all their welcoming staff Ask for help and they will do their utmost. Including scolding tour buses that don’t keep their timings.

A truly exceptional Hotel. Service was flawless, our upgraded room to the Executive Suite in the Pinnacle Tower was amazing. The Club lounge staff were so friendly to us and the hotel ran so smoothly despite being the weekend of the Auckland Floods. We will return and I will tell others to stay there. The only very small change I would like to see is a bit more landscaping around the rather drab looking pool area. Apart from that, perfection. Well done to the management.

Great experience! It is hard to accommodate kids well but they did do it well. Even the high tea we did with our kids 5 and 7 having a special kids high tea for them. The breakfast had everything you could think of and the coffee met our fussy standards. The staff were attentive and pleasant at every encounter. We stayed in the new tower and the room was perfect. The whole hotel was very clean and I was looking. The pool was a hit with the kids and extra facilities such as herbal steam room were great. We are definitely going to stay here again.

We had an incredible stay here. It felt luxurious as an adult and the children had an amazing time. The staff were wonderful, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The slippers, cute toy and activity pack meant my children are now begging to stay again!

Fantastic and friendly, professional and well presented staffs. Location is great to walk around grabbing nice food and entertainments. Concierges are nice people and well trained to be looking after guests car. This is one of the places I am keen to pay tips and highly acknowledge the services and experiences.Rooms: 5/5

Went in for Mother’s Day dinner 5:30pm. Very wide variety of food selection! They now have 2 station to cook fresh red meat & chicken & the 1 station to cook seafood! So many options to choose from! Fresh seafood & salad bar were great. My son that is 4 said the best part was the dessert area hahaha staff were always around to help & great customer service

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! - It took over an hour for them to deliver our bags to our room on the first night we arrived -Bathroom products were empty and items were missing from the room on arrival & when we requested these items be replenished from reception, it took them a whole day to finally deliver the requested items and with no communication from reception about the delay - Aircon was not working in the rooms so it was very hot in the rooms our entire stay - When we requested help taking our bags down on the morning of check out we were made to wait over an hour and a half and no one came after we called reception multiple times -Valet took almost half an hour to bring my car around even after calling prior -Overall reception staff were not very friendly and did not make us feel particularly welcome. The restaurant and club lounge staff were lovely though.

Unfortunately this room and the service has not met our expectation. We paid a lot extra for the ‘skyline premier room’ hoping for a nice view. All we can see from our room is next door apartments. Don’t bother paying extra for a ‘view’. They also had a mix up with the room names, and types. Staff at reception were friendly but manager unapologetic.

So glad we found this hotel. Everything about it is pure luxury. The customer service was top class and special mention to Mary in conseirge and Sarwand director of sales. They both were amazing and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Bedrooms are immaculate, stylish and welcoming. Food in all the restaurants was amazing. Can't wait to come back.
