DON’T GO TO TANK K RD! I enjoy Tank normally, but I couldn’t believe the complete lack of customer service I got today! An average of a Tank a week, I know other stores normally make a good product but today’s was horrible. Tried a different one and first sip I gagged, couldn’t take another sip and asked kindly for a replacement beverage but was refused, also refused a refund. I had given my drink to the staff to ask for the replacement and never got given it back. $9.90 and I leave the store empty handed, hungry, and with a horrible taste in my mouth... not to mention from the experience too. Follow up on owner reply: I sent all details through to the email and your head office. Answered the one question you asked and radio silence - nothing further. No replies or any further attempts to resolve my issue from “the Tank Operations Team”. Customer service levels seem to be consistent at least.

Always had the plant based life protein, had difficulty drinking it cos it was not blended enough and wouldn't come out of the straw. Thought it was supposed to be like this until I went to the Queen St Tank and had the same one, only way better in consistency and taste. Hopefully it will improve as I live closer to the Krd branch!

Been to the store yesterday lunchtime and got such an outstanding service by the lovely lady working there. She did her best to address my spesial requests. Not in many places I see it.

Every time I order Life force protein from you guys there is not much flavour in it.As i can taste there is some product is missing.There is no thickness in a drink.If i go to queens st. Tank then there is so much thickness and you can taste all the ingredient with the same drink.Really really unhappy with this K road Tank.

The staff members are friendly, and the premise is clean. The price unfortunately has been increased quite a lot compared to a few years ago. The options are quite interesting as their menu now have names for each offerings, though most are very yummy. Parking is very challenging - though it's expected as it's in K'Rd.

I ordered pineapple paradise but the juice tasted like orange instead of pineapple. I felt I was cheated. They should let me know beforehand they didn’t have pineapple juice and would give me orange juice instead. This happened on the 5th June at about 12.15 pm. The one who made the juice is a white lady.

Hi I'm new to Auckland, and recently started getting lunch and smoothies at Tank Kroad, just wanted to appreciate the great service i receive every time i visit the store, especially the young lady is very polite always with a smile no matter how busy the store is delivers the same great taste consistently.

Their ceaser salad was really nice but I'm not quite sure of the hard cheese thing they put in the salad. My favourite is the strawberry lush and the gorilla green juice.

So yum and really quick. They have a lot of locations, so nice and convenient. The only thing is they are quite expensive and they use a lot of plastic. I wish they didn't have lids or straws.

$9.50 for a Vegetable Kingdom juice that's maybe 95% watered-down apple juice and ice?? Way too sweet to contain any blimmin vegetables. Won't bother with this place again.
