Carmen Jones

We decided to give Carmen Jones a try after walking around while waiting for another place. A very good decision, because we very much enjoyed it. Food was served quick, all together, and simply delicious. Nice people too, friendly and smiling to all guests. The atmosphere has quite a nice vibe. Will definitely come back again :D

Lovely vegan options chips were underdone which we sent back and they were perfect second time around, delicious drinks, gracious host, good people watching. Can’t ask for more.

Very delicious quesadillas, friendly personnel and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy on the 24th March 2023, but this didn't spoil the overall experience :Food: 5/5

Awesome vibe and a great place to catch up. Staff were superb and very attentive! Drinks and food were delicious! The cocktails were amazing and strong Definitely recommend for a good night

Great place, great service... no exceptional service couldn’t be better. We ordered loads to taste everything, few tiny gripes. Bread was so full of rosemary it was inedible, beef cheeks still contained huge amounts of big pieces of fat so not rendered down enough, same with the pork belly. HOWEVER the flavours were all there so don’t write this place off, hopefully they take this comments on board and improve.

It’s just ok Fish was dry! We used to come here before couple of times before covid, and it was good. But when we came just few weeks ago and have a dinner.. I ordered a fish and it’s dry and lamb for my husband is bland. Used to be good. But now it’s not the same

Such a great feeling here. Well established and tastefully decorated with a range of seating options. At a table or on the sofa. Sun streaming in. Excellent staff wziting tables. Fantastic chefs preparing delicious meals. The lamb shank was divine. On the strip just over the bridge on K Rd. Right in the thick of K Rds mix. Highly recommended.

The fish dish I had was very good. I loved the restaurant with all its different spaces. Pleasant staff. A really enjoyable dinnerFood: 4/5

Very satisfactory meal - both the food and the service. Liked the tender texture of the lamb shoulder; the apple, berry and rhubarb crumble was nice too and went very well with the nuts, ice cream and custard. Nice indoor rooms which can cater groups as well o^^o
