The Cashmere Lounge is a very cool atmospheric neighbourhood restaurant. Menu offers something for everyone. The quality of the ingredients skills of the chefs combine to create dishes that will bring a smile to your face. Well worth taking an Uber to get to this relaxing welcoming restaurant. Highly recommended

It has been a while since we had a decent dinner out in Wellington, and glad we stopped by. Everything we had was excellent in taste, with friendly service.

I recently visited the Cashmere Lounge Restaurant and Bar and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The hostess was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, truly showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail. The location of the restaurant was convenient, located close to the city and easily accessible with ample parking when we arrived. The decor of the restaurant was tasteful and added to the overall atmosphere, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. There is a bar too! I particularly enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and would definitely recommend it to others. I will definitely be returning in the near future, as my experience was fantastic. I give it a 5-stars for its excellent food, impeccable service, and pleasant atmosphere.

We have been to the Cashmere Lounge a few times—once for a private function and the other times for dinner. Each time was very good and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is very much a suburban eatery with a laid back feel, but the menu is good, the food tasty and the wine list is excellent!

Only went for dessert which was delicious. Will definitely go back for dinner as the food looked and smelled amazing. Great vibe.

Loved the truffle chips with parmigiano here. Strange conbination, which sounds more a "look at a fancy and cool we are" rather than "just good food", but still yummy. Good choice of local beers as well. Last but not least, the staff is very nice, welcoming and well prepared. Recommend

My wife and I have been on the search for a really, really great steak. And tonight, after more than a year of searching high and low in New Zealand, we found it. Great food is simple, yet elegant. It speaks for itself. And boy, this meal didn't shut up. The service was impeccable. We arrived a little late and the owner accommodated us, and delivered a beautiful meal in a relaxed and contemporary setting. I couldn't recommend them more strongly. And being right next to Khandallah railway station makes it really convenient.

For us, my husband and I, it's one of the two places to go in Khandallah When we are here, we don't regret the town and its opportunities... Dinner or brunch we've felt always welcomed. The food has a lot of "heart" and creativity. The atmosphere is always charming. Think to make a reservation...
