Browns Eatery and Store

Came to Browns for a breakfast on Saturday morning, it was busy but we managed to get a nice table inside. Drinks were good and food was good too. I wish my poached eggs were made to - order, but obviously they were poached in advance which makes the yolks gluey and sticky which I really dislike. And corn fritters could have been a bit less doughy. The rest of ingredients were good quality. I would probably came back and try something different next time.

Food was great. The pasta dressing was really nice, and the coffee walnut slice had a strong rich coffee flavour.nnHowever, the matcha latte was disappointing—it had no flavour and just tasted like milk. The iced matcha latte was slightly better but had a grassy taste.nnWould come back for the food but wouldn’t recommend any matcha drinks.

Love how Browns go all out with Christmas - the decor looks amazingly festive, no shortage of packaged sweet treats and lovely little gift ideas. Not to mention the cabinets filled with delectable crowd pleasers all the time. Consistently great coffee and friendly service. Hard to find better!

Beautiful cafe with high quality food and staff! Meals French toast and omelette are very delicious, mango smoothie is crazy good and fresh! Good job guys

Browns is a local gem. Service was fantastic and friendly. The scrambled egg was generous in portion. It’s hard to mess up a scrambled egg, but it’s even harder to make it taste this delicious. The butter that came with the sourdough made it 10x more tasty. The smoked salmon, avocado and cream cheese bagel was mouth watering. You can’t go wrong with a simple bagel for breakfast, but this transcends the typical. I don’t know if it was the chives and lemon in the cream cheese or the creamy avocado that made my breakfast magical. But I do know for a fact that this is a 10/10 bagel. 100% recommend Browns. Also you can bring your furry dogs to the outside area!!
