Slowlane Cafe

This cafe is my favourite to visit! The food is amazing and coffee is top notch!nNot to mention that the people who work here are all lovely and friendly I will always come back here!

For the most part, the service was ok, they are a relatively busy spot, service can feel a little rushed and impersonal.nnFood was average, the pork belly bene came with rubbery eggs, the pork belly was a little tough and the fat was equal if not more in proportion to meat.nThe English muffin was nice but a little too much for my liking.nnMy friend had the hot honey halomi, nicely fried haloumi, flavor combination of the entire dish was confusing.nnThe coffee was spot on! The latte art was a bonus! Batista was lovely and apologized for the wait on Coffees.nnWe had carrot cake and a mango pastry for desert, mango pastry was great, while the carrot cake was dry in some parts and quite dense in texture for the rest. Icing was ok, but quite gritty...nnI would only go back for the coffee if I'm being honest.

Very good food and the coffee art is amazing! Portions are spectacular and food is amazing quality and flavour. Satay chicken salad, jumbo pancake and the eggs benedict are highly recommend!nnWhen there’s many people the wait time can take a bit. However, all is definitely worth it! Must come here!

100% the best cinnamon rolls I've tried in auckland nPerfectly fresh, smooth, balanced tastes and ingredients.nVery nice atmosphere and respectful staff, they make your morning and day. We tried biscof roll and egg toast. Egg toast of Toasties at CBD Queen Street was a little more delicious, but there are various other egg options that i haven't tried and im positive they are good since tgey looked very good, but I recommend having pastries at Slowlane cause they are the best.

Coffee size is too small! I waited for my Jumbo Hotcake about a half hour. It’s way too long!!! And also disappointed cause it’s too sweet! I only had 1/4 of it!nWon’t come back again! Not recommended! Wasted my time and money! Everything is only for photos so so so bad!!!!!!
