The coffee art is incredible too!nn: What a gorgeous vibe this place has. Stunning interior, fast passed and busy, and everything truly insta worthy! We originally saw it on tiktok and it certainly lived up to the hype. Service was very much just...normal? Not necessarily bad, but did feel like a number being served. Went to Slow Lane Cafe after hearing about it's rave reviews and it did not disappoint. It was busy busy busy but with that beautiful hum of relaxed Saturday catch ups over amazing coffee and in a light, bright and airy space. Gorgeous decor and attentive staff. Even though there was a queue, we were quickly seen to by a friendly waitress and seated in a toasted marshmallow cushion seat. Normally an eggs Benedict girl, I decided to try the 'biggest pancake in Auckland' and my friend had the pork belly noodles . Both meals were huge and absolutely delicious I had hoped to take home an egg mayo sandwich but by the time we left they were all sold out, But there was still an array of home made divine treats available in the cabinet. We will definitely be back! Parking on the main road. Don't park in the building complex behind as they charge a fortune $16 for 2 hours eek. But great place, not far from the bustle of Greenlane but far enough to not feel the bustle

First of all, few bullet points to save time:n1. Very decent cafe, but not amazing.n2. Great amount of portion, good feed, reasonable prices compared to many other cafes.n3. Way too many customers, therefore slow service.n4. On street parking, hard to find parking spots.nnHere's the details.nI know there's a lot of advertisements going on, but if you set your expectations so high, it's going to let you down. The cafe is very decent, great portions, unique menu, but the food and waiting time is not a fun experience.n1. The meatball spaghetti was flavourful, but the meatball were super dry. Even burger fuel meat patty would be juicier.n2. The Kimchi fried rice I do not remember the actual name came with good amount of salmon and egg omelette which was great, but the fried rice was bit too sour to our personal preferences, and was less salty.n3. The strawberry matcha french toast was very sweet good for people with sweet teeth tho! but the matcha flavour wasn't very strong. The French toast was soft tho.n4. The matcha latte was $6 for a very small cup, and only came about 30 minutes after we ordered.n5. The flourish smoothie came very quick, and was very smooth compared to other places, and not powdery at all. However it tasted rather watery, not sure whether it should be blended with ice or not?n6. There are a lot of people, but thank you to the crews for arranging tables so everyone gets a table.nJust like I said, there's a huge amount of customers, the waiting was really long. Understandable, but you should be aware before going there.nMaybe early morning would be much better, since less people = more parking spots & less waiting time.nOnce again, it's a very decent cafe but not extraordinary. If you treat it like a normal cafe and don't set your expectations so high, you would be much happier.

Food and drinks are always 5 stars but the seating could be a bit better. It’s a bit tight & it’s always busy. We’ve always managed to get indoor seating when we come but I’ve seen a lot of couples come, talk to staff & leave. Booking for larger groups would be best but it’d be nice if bookings for 2 were available online. Love coming for coffee & breakfast, definitely the go to

This is a fantastic modern and interesting breakfast and brunch spot for Auckland. The atmosphere is really good and it is always bustling with good energy and good vibes the food is outstanding. I had the large pancake which was really filling and a little bit dry but this was compensated for by some excellent toppings. Would highly recommend
