Remuera store not good. Server wouldn’t look me in the eye? weird. Also came at 11am and the cookie pies tasted quite old, similar to how subway cookies taste which are good but also 1/5th the price. 3 stars as Sylvia is always good & fresh.

The name says it all, milk & cookie bar, a very good milk & cookie bar. The cookies are freshly made there and taste awesome - soft and moist. The milkshakes were amazing and tasted yum. They have a wide range of flavours and combinations but amazingly they also do vegan options. The prices are fair. You will not be disappointed. Grab a milk and cookie or just a shake. Not sure I could finish a shake and a cookie, they were both big portions. But they were all tasty. Definitely going back for more.

The biscoff, nutella, and triple chocolate cookies are incredible! nnEach bite melts in your mouth. They are perfectly baked, gooey, and have the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. Absolutely love them!

Really bad service from a young lady today.nI have waited about 10min for 4 customers to be served, and once my turn, I was told to not order a shake, or wait 15min to get it as “machine is empty”. My partner then took coffee from next place, and we have seen at least 3groups of people waiting as us to be turned away. Losing money for business, due to bad attitude and unwilling-less to work, is rare and not normal.nChatting with her friend, and turning customers away due to her being slow, and machine not ready is insane.nTime of visit about 4:15pm.
