Absolutely amazing experience. I worked with two people in Parts and both were extremely helpful and nice. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was a pleasure to work with and Aaron went substantially out of his way to make sure I got an important part way faster than I was expecting. This wasn’t the first great interaction I’ve had with Boyd’s and it definitely won’t be the last.

Usually love this store, whether that be shopping online or in store when we are passing through. Our latest experience wasn't so good. The CSR was less than helpful, perhaps a lack of knowledge and very rude. The rest of the team seemed great!

I got off my bike walked into the display shop and 2 fellas were working the display, an old man and a young chap, i stood and waited which was fine and the young fulla looked with slight acknowledgement so i asked for parts and i was directed to the next door shop. Friendly welcoming helpful crew, done my purchase went to my bike, sitting there preparing to ride, a car pulled up with young European family, i observed walk in the same door i did, the 2 men all smiles and not to busy shifting big heavy empty helmet boxes to direct them to the shop i just left funny, not offended just sad i am seen as anything other than a paying customer.
