I purchased some gloves online that didn't fit quite right. When i first emailed Boyd Motorcycles Theresa from their team managed to answer all my questions and lay out my options within 3 MINUTES. The process was easy and painless and Theresa assisted me with a bunch of other annoying questions and requests. I even ended up cancelling my order with a shop in Auckland because the customer service at Boyd's was so much better.n10/10 customer service from Theresa and the shop has a huge range to browse online. I could not recommend them more.

Dropped my bike in early for oil/filter & REV check, they finished early and sent prompt text to advise.. EXCELLENT service and great price .highly recommend and will definitely return..

Had new tyres fitted. The cost of the tyres plus fitting was quite a bit better than the others, and the fitting was fast and efficient. Looks like Boyd's will be my first point of call in the future.

Derek at the service centre has a attitude and super poor communication, he needs to go. I also recommend going somewhere else for to get work done. But If you do get any work done from them make sure you double check their work. as a few times a lot of things have not been installed properly and have come out while I was riding. And if they can, they will use old parts and won’t tell you about it.nnParts & accessories have been good so far, they also have a lot of stuff in stock. Though, if they have to order parts I recommend just going to motoxparts as they usually come in a lot quicker.
