Five stars despite I don't have the motorbike I wanted.nLong story short, I bought a 09' Honda Transalp 700. Well looked after, everything seemed fine.nAfter a couple of weeks, there was a light on the dashboard and the throttle started to fail on the motorway I live in Auckland.nTo be fair, and this is the reason why I give them 5/5 stars, they try and solve it. They even got me to drop the bike at Auckland City Honda. A few attempts and they couldn't solve it. They took it back to Hamilton.nUnable to find a solution, they bought it back from me.nnAll I'm going to say is even though I don't have the motorbike anymore, they were really responsive, they tried hard to fix the issue and when they realised it wasn't possible I got my money back.nI'd definitely buy another bike from them. Good selling team, good owners.nKudos to Auckland City Honda as well

Boyds went beyond what I expected and picked my bike up off side of road on a Friday afternoon, while they were short on staff. They fitted a new tyre at a mean as price to. Picking my bike up was a huge deal to me and I really appreciate the effort they put innThanks to all your staff.

Absolutely amazing experience. I worked with two people in Parts and both were extremely helpful and nice. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was a pleasure to work with and Aaron went substantially out of his way to make sure I got an important part way faster than I was expecting. This wasn’t the first great interaction I’ve had with Boyd’s and it definitely won’t be the last.

The sales team and parts accessories team know their stuff, I spoke with Dane in sales and although I didn’t end up getting a bike through him he was very helpful. The parts team helped me get all my protective gear and overall was a very good experience, I will definitely be going back for all my equipment!
