Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Hamilton

First time we have been back since the referb. Place looks really good and kids love the new setup. We were looking for somewhere to have lunch also and I can confidently say, I was very impressed. I was assuming that the food would be average at best, my mistake for generalizing because the food here was really stunning. Decent family portions and the burgers, was amazing. Probably on level with the best burgers we’ve had in Hamilton. Many restaurants seem to have dropped their standards heavily but these guys clearly have not. Might be the ‘best kept Hamilton Secret’ spot in my view!

We had my son’s 7th birthday party here and it was such a great experience! The service was amazing from start to finish. The food and coffee were made quickly, which was perfect with lots of excited kids and parents waiting.nnThe staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful. I even forgot to bring candles for the cake, and they kindly provided some for us, which I really appreciated!nnThe venue was very clean, including the toilets, and everything felt well organised. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place for kids’ parties.

Great place for kids of all ages to run around and burn some energy off while parents watch and have a coffee. Really good customer service too.

Such a great indoor playground. This has been recently renovated and the new playground additions/replacements are amazing. The interactive ball pit is a hit for the kids with the different pipes and passages for the balls to go in. The light up slides are very cool too!nnThis was the perfect place to play on a rainy day. The kids were entertained for hours and the cafe kept the adults going with the great coffees and other drinks!nnI love that they have a designated play area for under 4s aswell so they can explore and play safely behind a gate but also with age appropriate activities.nnDefinitely the best indoor play space in Hamilton for young kids.

Great play area for the kids!! Sweet upgrades have been done as well. Coffee is good! the free wifi for parents to use helps the time pass while the kids run around.
