AA Centre - Rototuna

I had a great experience with this AA license agent!nnI recently visited here for my international license conversion. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness and without judgment.The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.The 3 ladies sitting over there was very customer friendly. They walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions with patience, and made everything quick and easy.nI expected to be there for hours, but they were so efficient that I was done much faster than I thought. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for reliable and stress-free service!

Would love to give a five star review however the actual counter where the forms are situated in an area where everybody is congregating and blocking others from filling out forms. I waited behind a man who knew I was behind him and refused to move so I reached my hand above him and over to take a renewal form while he still stood there and would not move. He wasn't courteous and just plain arrogant.Theres no reason why he should be blocking the counter where all the forms are that people need to fill out. I also notice there are people who are there but for what exactly. Taking all the chairs for what exactly. Do they not have consideration for other people who need to do their licensing.

The staffs here are very kind and supportive from the greeting part till farewell everything top notch. Keep up the same and kudos to AA management

Renewing my driver license and issuing an international license at a later time was a breeze. Staff were friendly and knowledgable, which made the process fast and easy.
