Hi therenI have done the review, which required only one response.nI would however like to make a further comment. Apart from being really happy with the Dr and nurse who treated me, I was really impressed with the receptionist on the day I came in for my initial consultation.nShe was unfortunately very poorly treated by the woman she was attending to, ahead of me in line. The woman was, in my opinion, quite abusive. The young woman remained calm and quietly addressed the demands made. I was impressed by her professionalism and how she stayed unflustered and polite.nnKind regardsnLinda

Made an appointment online 3 weeks before only to find out that the appointment was cancelled where I arrived on the appointment day. The people at the reception won't even bother to fill in the feedback form, and handed you the form and asked you to fill in at home. Tui Medical also appears like a money making machine because they charge you consultantion fees $19.50 on top of the prescription fees $5 when you want to get a repeat prescript. They also don't allow you the freedom to collect your repeat prescription in a pharmacy eg Chemist Warehouse outside of the Tui Medical chain of clinics.

Very helpful, polite and courteous staff who took the time and patience in ensuring that information was accurately communicated, and timely follow-ups followed up!nVery pleased myself and my husband are registered here after recently moving over from the UK. THANK YOU

Quite disturbing to offer an after hour service at such a high price for non registered patients in this current economy and when people do come because they cant get an appointment with their regular gp for weeks, they are charged $180 plus at this establishment for a doctor who spends 5mins on a consult and does not take a patient serious after paying so much and waiting!nI really think the doctors at this practice need to take a hard look at themselves and imagine if it was one of their own family members being treated so poorly In a time of need at a doctors!!. If I could give a minus star rating I would.

The worst Medical centre ever!nMy son had surgery and I brought him in due to the wounds being infected. The blonde dr was treating me like an idiot saying there’s no infection or anything. One hour after we got home 2 wounds popped, full of pas, coming out of 10y old tummy.nnWhole experience costed $80.nnThe only nice drs are Dr Singh and Dr Paula, and one lovely lady at the reception. The rest of them are just waste of time.
