Tui Medical Accident and Medical Centre Rototuna

The worst Medical centre ever!nMy son had surgery and I brought him in due to the wounds being infected. The blonde dr was treating me like an idiot saying there’s no infection or anything. One hour after we got home 2 wounds popped, full of pas, coming out of 10y old tummy.nnWhole experience costed $80.nnThe only nice drs are Dr Singh and Dr Paula, and one lovely lady at the reception. The rest of them are just waste of time.

I have had numerous appointments at Tui Medical over the years plus I've gone in for an emergency. The doctor who I see most times Dr Lynda Priest is an asset to the practice. Dr Lynda is caring and thorough and always make me feel confident that she has my best interests and health as her main concern on every visit. I know doctors are overworked but I have never felt rushed during my consultations.nThe office staff have always been helpful and caring.

Rang the call centre today to request for repeat script. I waited 2 hrs on the phone - absolutely no joke! Only to be dropped off by the operator when it was my turn. So much for customer service, does not help that they removed the online repeat script option either! Guess I have to make a trip their on monday, then get charged for consultation fee. Great!!! Seriously looking for a new clinic in 2026.

Fronting up to reception seemed like who was going to talk first from either 3. I noticed other incoming patients doing a simular side to side waltz...nOnce noticed and greeted, the process was good.nThe doctor is professional, to the point, asked relevant questions, gave sound advice. Did seem a little rushed though.

My experience with the whole department from receptionists, nurses and doctors was very prompt, courteous and well mannered having suffered from a couple of asthma attacks recently. That they rushed me through while people already had appointments and the waiting room was full. So thank you very much for your help and finally am now using the correct medication and pumps for my asthma
