Tui Medical Parkwood

Not sure about the negative reviews from this place but we have been enrolled here since we moved to Hamilton and our experience everytime we visit was fantastic. Staff were awesome. Came back a number of times for our child's routine vaccination and it was a stress free experience. Receptionists are friendly and our GP is great as always. Booked a day prior with a different GP Dr. Funmi and she was helpful and listened to my complaints. Did not appear condescending at all. Highly recommended.

Worst place I have ever been too. Rude receptionist who made my partner and our autistic son make another appointment because she was 7 minutes late. Little did they know my partner was actually getting the kids from the car to come inside as our son is very high needs and needs constant supervision. She had to make another appointment.

The doctors are so lovely and professional and the receptionist - Kama W. was so kind and supportive. She was able to give me an appointment the same day because of a cancellation, and spoke kindly and was very understanding. Super thankful to the team and all the doctors I've seen, definitely made this experience less stressful and more easier for me nThank you

If you actually want something done about your health issues, don’t go to Tui. The doctors seem allergic to referrals for further testing, and you will end up going around in circles having to book with them again and again with no answers or help which is expensive. I have un-enrolled and finally found a practice that is more consistent, caring, and capable. I would suggest anyone else considering them to do the same.

Something seem to go wrong with tui medical. This is 4th time that i have a problem with them. I only go there because is cheap i need to see docter every 3 months if u can afford then go somewherelse. Pay for my phone cunsultation 3 months ago there but still get a bill for it. I even sent them a teceipt that i got from them still said is an invoive, why lady there gave me this if is not a receipt. Have to go though my bank statement to prove. Sandra a customer service is have no common sense at all she probably never go to see doctor herself. She should do other job. Thanks for not help me at all
