Highly, highly disappointed. Luckily the meals were cheap because they were disgusting. The foreign woman that was working was an absolute embarrassment to your business. I only hope she owns it because she is not doing the place any favours. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant and no customer service skills. Accusations were thrown on her behalf and there was no apology when we corrected her. She stormed off instead. The only saving grace was the guy behind the bar. He was polite and accommodating. All other staff members should not be working with public.
Loving place, great location. Last visit service was not up to there awesome standard. The meal was brilliant, but having your entrees and main course arriving meant some of our meal was cold! Sadly I was blamed for this! You didn't say to bring them separate . Other than that I'll be back everytime I'm in the area!
Went to the blue pub last night. 1st off what a cool pub. We went with a group of 6 and the place was really busy with people we ordered the pick 5 platter and 6 main meals and our hole table was super impressed with the timely manner our food came out in and all the food was great every person at our table had only good things to say about what they were eating we also had a great waitress I wish I could remember her name because I would name her. Thanks blue pub
Had a very enjoyable meal about 30min ago. Only problem was I ate too much. Lovely staff great atmosphere. Thanks loved itService: 4/5
The food was good, the drink was good, and the place looked okay. Hospitality was not so good. Had a rude waitress who threw our food on the table and was very rude throughout the evening and felt like an inconvenience to the barman when we first got there. My friend, who is a local, was horrified and said it was normally a great place to go. Must have been a stressful day. All the same, I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.
We stopped here for lunch on a road trip south. This pub was awesome in all aspects, great music, superb service and the food was devine. Highly recommend.Service: 5/5
Stopped in for refreshments after riding the 3 Gorges. Great chips, we struggled to eat the large but they were cooked perfect. And fast service for out large group. Will be back for round 2 soon.Service: 5/5
Girls weekend away went to Blue pub for tea, great meals, forgot about chicken on salad by time they brought it out I had just about finished it. Should have got the pizza as they looked real good.Service: 4/5
Disappointing experience with service from what I believe to be the manager, she just made our experience difficult and was spoken to rudely and even accusations thrown around. We also had out 6 month baby in the buggy with us. She was not accomodating at all. I told this to some friends who have been a few times and they said that she is often rude. We don't pay to be there to have that kind of experience. We only went to catch up with family and was frustrated the whole time. Food was great and came our quickly. The other stuff were lovely.
They managed to squeeze us in on a very busy night, the creamy chicken and blue cod main were beautiful. They kindly fixed a GF issue for me too.
