Auckland Airport Lodge

We recently stayed here, and would definitely stay there again. Beautiful clean sheets and clean apartment for 5 of us. Fantastic value for money, and the service of picking us up from airport and drop off in the morning was perfect. Very friendly helpful staff.

The staff were fantastic and ever so helpful and accommodating.nOur flight to Auckland was delayed almost 5 hrs leaving us with about 3 hrs of use for the room, Brian was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation especially with a baby, gracing us a few extra hrs ‘on them’ which made a world of difference to us.nnYes the rooms are dated, but it’s not the Novatel and neither are the prices you’re asked to pay!nnHonestly hand on heart could not complain about anything, we only have praise and admiration for the staff and our treatment.nnMy family and I will be definitely re booking here on our next trip home. So refreshing to see good old helpful honest hospitality, whilst having a bit of a chinwag and occasional joke thrown in for good measure

The staff here were really friendly and helpful. We had exceptionally heavy rain going to the airport, so the driver of the van picked us up from outside our unit. Our flight home was delayed by a day and when we were picked up from the airport the staff member had an invoice ready for us so we could claim the lost nights accommodation from our travel insurance.nThe room was comfortable and had everything we needed. I will definately stay here again.

Great motel to stay at between flights, unfortunately not much in the way of food handy to walk to for dinner. Beds comfy, room lovely clean and quiet would stay again would just eat at the airport then phone for the courtesy van.

Was not very impressed. Didn’t have enough linen for our family. When asking for the correct amount I was just looked at with confusion. After supplying more linen we still didn’t have enough pillows. A simple sorry goes a long way. But I think we were seen as more of an inconvenience. No milk in fridge. Only one roll of toilet paper. Doors broken. Shower door broken.
