Had an amazingly quick,dinner experience here at Arjee Bhajee. We we were running short of time and had to get a bite real quick before our movie and their FOH staff was so remarkable and kind,he arranged everything for us perfectly that left us extremely satisfied. We were there on Good Friday where most of the Indian restaurants were closed/closing due to less customers, but these guys were kind enough to keep it open and serve food when we needed it the most. Really appreciate it. We had the gorgeous lamb Rogan Josh and Butter Chicken ,they were soooo delicious and also their naan was just exceptional. Would definitely come back for more when we are in town the next time. Thanks a lot !
Top notch hospitality Every good item was as delicious as it gets, some of the items were prepared out of menu as per the request. Very nice and quick service. I'd love to visit and try other items too.
Overwhelming of cloves to taste. The rice was to oily for me. The potion of lamb was disappointing and was a little though. The Nan was still doughy and garlic did not fuse into dough.
By around 8:30pm the restaurant was empty apart from another person. We had made a booking prior to coming and there were not enough menus for each individual, however when we eventually made our orders the waiter was very helpful and informative on helping us decide what to order and he waited for about an extra 10 minutes so we could make our orders. When served, the food appeared to be in small portions but it was actually enough for two people. The price was also good for the portion size. I haven't had much Indian food but this was the best Indian food I've had so far. Would recommend.
Staying near by and dined in, one night - great flavors and service. Liked it so much went back a couple of days later for take out! Have some really good takeout deals, friendly and obliging staff - especially Sumad
Ordered butter chicken and garlic naan takeaway. Once ordered sat and waited there seemed to be a lot of commotion going on in the kitchen and what sounded like arguing between chefs and front of house lady, don’t know what the deal there was but that marks down the atmosphere. Anyway butter chicken was really bland, no spices not talking about chilli although I ordered medium no heat whatsoever, chicken was chunky and weird tasting not a hint of tandoori. Garlic naan ok just. Sorry but that was bad would not recommend on that.
Really nice service very helpful. the vegan dumplings delicious if you get them I wait for them to cool down! they come out kind of hot. and the sauce that comes with them is for me the right kind of spiciness smooth but with a kick!
Curry’s were extremely bland, had no flavour and was very salty. The only way to describe the experience would be disappointing, at best. Two stars because the bahjee was actually not that bad.
Had an amazing experience with this restaurant- food was really aunthentic and delicious- we had chicken dumplings, chciken tikka as starters, gotkhali chicken, chicken labbadar we love chicken lol with cheese and garlic naan it was really delicious! There were also vegetable options which are a must- try. We ended our meal with gulab gamun and mango kulfi. Also service is superb! Definitely recommending this place!!!
I'd goat biriyani. They said 1Litre container but it was 750ml as I poured water from 1Litre bottle in empty container. I can't pour last 250ml from bottle. Taste is okay. Price is high for the lesser quantity. I'm buying same goat biriyani 650ml container in same Rd. other two restaurants they additionally give pappad and v.small curry or pickle all for $15.
