Told wait time would be 2.5hrs to find out after 3.5hrs it would be another 1hr at least. Understand things change etc but other parents with the same issues with their kids were seen sooner... Wouldn't recommend if you can avoid

Outstanding service last night! My daughter suddenly became ill, while staying away in Hamilton. We were looked after almost straight away. The Dr very thorough friendly and professional. The reception team and nurses also great.

Professional thorough service. Yes there is a waiting time but they need to do their jobs thoroughly and they do that well. Explain things well and talk through processes, provide time for questions and information to use once back home

VERY busy. Hopelessly understaffed. LONG waiting times. Waited 4 hours to have my son's broken leg fixed. Waikato Hospital has shorter waiting times! Avoid if you can!

Expensive. Wait time will always run you 3hrs plus currently been waiting for 3hr 45mins. Staff are dismissive and short. Must be super short shafted constantly. Just go to the hospital if you're ill. Don't waste your time here

Turned up was told the wait time would be 1 hour 3 hours later finally seen, how do these places believe that this service is acceptable $114, if it was a restaurant I would be asking for a refund waiting 3hours after being told it would take an hour
