I had a great experience here, the nurse was so kind and the drs definitely made me feel informed about everything. The day room I stayed in was extremely clean and organized... I can definitely recommend

I’ve been to a few private hospitals now unfortunately but this one is amazing. The hospital itself is modern, clean and welcoming and the people were amazing! If the hospital reads these, I had a nurse last night called Lisa and she was so perfect, everyone was!

My son had a great stay at Anglesea Hospital. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Much appreciated. Rooms were huge and well appointed. Even had sky tv. Ensuite bathroom was very nice.

My one is for receptionist and organisation. Have a bad start here this morning. Received a call at 9.30am saying that my wife was supposed to be here at 9.00am for a surgery, the letter we received and email says 11.00am. When arrived with wife and our little son, a not really kind person asked us to change our facemasks a new ones that we just taken out of the box in the car before go to the reception , anyway no complaints about it. Then straight away we was told that just one person can be with the patient, well the only adult was me, but what should I do with a little child?? Lock it in the car...???. We don't have family here or other people able to take care of him. At the same time after travel hour and a half to Hamilton, my son asked to use a toilet and it was denied. So I have to leave my wife alone to go elsewhere to find a toilet. We decided to back in the evening after the procedure, once again a problem with the receptionist , different person this time. Did not allow my son to go in to see his mum, because "she already have a companion", telling me that "I was inside and the only one allowed to be with my wife", unbelievable, not making sense at all, I never ever been inside the hospital and she also said that I have done a RAT test for Covid this morning, what wasn't true. Lack of organisations and control, and a lack of empathy too with a child that just want to see his mother. About installations, Nurses and Medical staff we rate it 5 +

Fabulous care received, nurses Kim and Evelyn were a dream. I was absolutely looked after, my pain was managed, I was comfortable and they were very helpful. Would definately recommend this hospital

The Best! I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are absolutely amazing, the food is fantastic and my room was beautiful.The Washed cloth every morning with lavender on it...heaven! Thank you to all the staff who looked after me
